Hotel holiday rentals in Puerto Princesa City

If you don't know where to stay in Puerto Princesa, I would highly recommend Alpha's Place. The hotel offers all the usual stuff (free airport pickup and drop-off, breakfast à la carte - you just need to ask what you want to have, free Wi-Fi, they take care of all the tour bookings if you need to, clean air-conditioned rooms, etc.) but what we enjoyed most my girlfriend and I was the staff. Armie, Christie (sorry for the spelling Christie!) and the rest of the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Great place but more importantly great people, my girlfriend and I highly recommend it!

Alpha's Place is very accessible to and from the airport (just 5 minutes away via car). Our group enjoyed the night we spent here for various reasons: the rooms we got were extremely spacious (the beds had more than adequate spacing between them), it was clean and well maintained; even if we only had one bathroom, it was very clean with a division between the shower and toilet; they have various amenities like wifi, hot water and cable tv; and, the owners and staff were very kind and attentive to our needs - they went above and beyond our expectations (they gave 11 pcs. of soap for each of us, which isn't something all inns do.) We also loved the common area where meals are eaten, because the decor is very tasteful and is beautiful in the morning light. We highly recommend this inn. Our group really got our money's worth and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Princesa. Thank you, Ms. Armie! :)

This hotel-inspired place is worth its price. The room is large and air-conditioning is pretty fine - this place has a quite large bathroom too with clean and abundant stock of toiletries. Water supply is SUPERB and water heating is functioning as well. There are no issues on the check-in and the front desk lady and her assistant were very helpful too. Although the WiFi connectivity is not that fast and most of the time not working during our stay - the good thing is that cellular reception is available on the area and you can use that as back-up connection. We only stayed for a night BTW; overall stay is good.

Everything was better than we expected. Marj answered all our questions with such detailed accuracy. We thought that the location would become a setback; however, we were pleasantly surprised that the location was everything we hoped for that much needed relaxation and privacy. We loved everything about Astoria; especially the food! You may also test your cooking skills since there's a mini kitchenette in all rooms. We will definitely come back!

Ma Teresa is very accommodating, Friendly ,approachable ...From Airport pick up to drop everything is well arranged plus the foods superb talaga ..A free breakfast is served...She's always around ready to lend a helping hand whenever we need it .She assited us also of our tour ..In general I would like to recommend this place , ifever there is a chance again to travel to puerto prinsesa aurely our group would stay again at her place..Excellent servce

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very hospitable and helpful in assisting us with our tours and other needs. We could also arrange for the time of breakfast. The bathroom and bed were very clean. I really recommend this place

Le logement est très bien, fidèle aux photos, propre avec une excellente localisation. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par toute l’équipe. Le seul point négatif est le suivant : nous avions loué un scooter auprès de notre hôte, pour aller à Coconut beach et la White beach en demandant si la route était praticable en scooter. L’hôte nous a affirmé que la route était comme celle de notre rue, ce qui n’était pas le cas. La route est dangereuse en scooter, nous aurions aimé être prévenu car on s’est fait de belles frayeurs.

We planned to stay for one week first, but extended for another through Airbnb, as we could then pay with card. Jane and her family were really helpful and friendly and made us feel at home. The room is spacious and fresh and we enjoyed the hot water thermo and instant coffee every morning (the hot water was also useful for taking a hot shower). Jane also helped us with rental of a scooter and our laundry. The location is great, one block from the beach and close to restaurants and everything, but quiet at night.

Everything about the accommodation was as described. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable,hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Mary Jane was exceptional. She answered all of my questions and arranged for a private van transfer from the airport. One small negative is that the beach out front was not swimable (but the pool was amazing). Also the unit is close to the road so if you are a light sleeper you may wish to bring earplugs. but having said that I slept great and I would definitely stay here again. overall a great experience.

We had a relaxing and wonderful stay. Jervey was always responsive and provided clear instructions, making our experience smooth and hassle-free. Everything we needed was provided well before our check-in date. Highly recommended! 😊

L’appartement est très propre, la cuisine est bien équipée et la climatisation est efficace. Bonne communication avec l’hôte. Le seul petit problème était le siège de toilette brisé, mais l’hôte a dit qu’elle le ferait réparer. Le complexe de condo est sécuritaire et agréable, mais un peu à l’écart des attractions de la ville, donc dans un quartier relativement calme. La piscine est bien aussi. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter :)

Our hosts are very hospitable, they even offered that we joined them for dinner. They are very easy to deal with thus we enjoyed our stay. Their WIFI connection is not too strong, but its okey because we were able to get a good night sleep with little to no interruptions from social media browsing. They are offering tour of the city and island hopping on a very affordable price, sadly we were unable to avail them to an official trip. We will surely get back some other time with our families. The place is worth sharing and highly recommended!
