House holiday rentals in Puerto Princesa City

We had an absolute blast here! What a great location to explore Puerto Princesa and its surrounding areas. It's so easy to get around by trike but we rented a car for long distance travels. The neighborhood is super safe with security guards. The hosts are so amazing! Erica picked us up at the airport and brought us to the house. They were so quick to resolve issues and responsive to answer any of our questions. Super thankful for them! The house is comfortable and had what we needed for our stay! Overall we had many great memories here and are so grateful for the hospitality!

We stayed at this place with family and had a wonderful time. Especially Julius and Jinkie made our time really special with there hospitality, they always helped us cooking, prepared coconuts and fruits for us and also could help us with all other things. Thank you both so much! The private beach was cleaned every day and is really nice. The pool was clean and has also a jacuzzi function. The kitchen had everything we needed. Doing a trip to the underground river and to some other stuff around was easy as it is not that far and there was a car for rent available. This place was exactly right for us since it is quite around and not at the main tourist spots. It allowed us to see the natural Palawan.

Good place, good location - fit for the purpose of travel, friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended especially for families.

For almost a week stay, The Lighthouse Residence definitely gave us (Family of 5) our 2nd HOME. very accessible to public transport, or just a 10min walking distance from the coliseum, mini markets (2min away) and also a quiet neighborhood. ✅Cleanliness ✨ we arrived with very well maintained space 💯 ✅ Comfortability ❄️⚡ aircon at every rooms plus backup electricity incase of power outage and consistent water supply💧 ✅home necessities 💯 your kitchen needs (condiments, pans/ pots, utensils), hygiene kits, laundry room and for personal entertainment (wifi, TV and books) ✅ Very responsive and non stop caring host Maam Mardeth ❤️ She pick us up and drop us off at the airport always makes sure if everything's good. We had a great stay at this accommodation. The house was very clean and located in a quiet area with no roads nearby, only other houses, making it peaceful at any time of the day. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. The complex has a swimming pool available for an additional fee, but it wasn’t very clean during our stay, so we didn’t use it. Overall, I recommend this place for its tranquility and welcoming hosts, who were always kind and ready to help.

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly private, homey, and peaceful—a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The house was superb—everything was clean and well-maintained. The linens were fresh, the beds were very comfortable, and the entire house was air-conditioned, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It truly felt just like home. What made the experience even better was the owner’s warm hospitality. Our flight was moved to a later time, and she was so kind and accommodating, allowing us a late checkout without any hassle. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness and flexibility. Highly recommended! Would definitely love to stay here again. 💯🏡✨

We really had a great stay at MJ’s place. Sir MJ and Miss Jessica were super friendly and accommodating. The house was homey- the place is so peaceful. We stayed there for almost 2 weeks, we also have a toddler with us and everything was okay. We’ll definitely stay there again soon. Michelle’s place is top notch. I booked for my Aunt’s trip to Palawan and Michelle is very helpful and kind to accept very early check-in without any additional charges. She’s very responsive and accommodating. Her place is probably one of the best place in Palawan. It’s near to the airport, walking distance market, very secure subdivision, near to SM and around city center, very clean and the kitchen is spacious. My Aunt and her colleagues were very satisfied and happy. And she said, whenever we are coming to Palawan for a family trip in the future, we will definitely book Michelle’s place. Thank you so much Ms. Michelle! I really appreciate the help and hopefully we will be able to visit your place again!

Very nice house with beautiful common areas a pleasant hut by the sea on the other hand attention it takes a vehicle to get around Very nice welcome, very helpful person and attentive to us. The only negative was the cleaning There will be little missing for the place to be heavenly

The place is quite spacious. All the things you need are available. AC are available in all rooms. The only downside of this house was the power outage. During our stay, a 7 hours brownout occured. If you will stay in this house, make sure to install backdrive Pinas app. This is the grab of Puerto Princesa.
