We had already had the opportunity to visit Villa Los Cabos before, however, not in New Year's Eve seasons. It was a pleasant experience for us as a family. The person who supported us with the cleanliness in the 10-A, extremely attentive and helpful. Super recommended.

Everything was exactly as offered. Recommended. Only the jacuzzi was not working with hot water.

The house is just as seen in the photos. Enough space for about 14 people without being cramped. Everything is very clean and with the necessary basic supplies (paper, towels, soap). The cleaning and cooking lady's service was excellent, very attentive and she never refused to help. The environment is beautiful and safe and it's super cool that you have to get to the beach by boat, it adds to the experience. The only thing is that in one of the bedrooms the AC did not work, it worked to ventilate but never cooled the bedroom like the others. It would be ideal to include AC in the living room and kitchen area since the fans do not help enough for the heat. The host responds quickly.

The place is great. It has plenty of space, everything extremely clean, flexible check-in and check-out due to the dates we were there and Lionel was in communication with me the whole time. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that bothered us (and that is not the host's fault) is that there is music in the entire pool and table area of the complex from 9 am to 6 pm or later if it is the weekend. This music is heard from all pergolas of the apartments so if you want peace and quiet, maybe it would be good to consider it. Lionel commented to me that he will suggest restricting music schedules or at least volume.

We had a great stay at Lisseth’s house during Semana Santa. The home was as described: clean and comfortable with my family and friends. The condominium is safe; our kids enjoyed the pool and beach. Communication with Lisseth was easy and prompt. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

The house in Likin is very cozy, large spaces. The pool was clean and well maintained. We use parking for 3 spaces. The very suitable and great place is the bar with its own refrigerator and air conditioning. The location of the house fits us very well. It's worth going to Transversal 8 for a swim with fresh sea water when the tide is rising. We used this house for 7 days in Easter week and the theme to choose was that it accepted pets. We loved the place.

The place is perfect. Pool, spacious, A/C, and very comfortable and quiet. The beach is not that far away and you have a great time

Great place to go on family or friends trip

The condo was wonderful! The private patio was used the most. It had amazing views of the lagoon pool and sunset.

This place was a nice place to relax, AC was a huge plus. Very clean. The patio was very nice to sit and eat. Only downside was no drinks near the pool.
