we booked this house because we were in France for business. We would have definitely also taken advantage of the pool, the garden and the surroundings if we had been on vacation, but even so we had the opportunity to appreciate the comfortable and spacious house for 8 people. We loved the apartment and the location was amazing. We were surrounded by great restaurants, shopping and close to beach. All walkable. The apartment does have an elevator, but is only on ground 1, which in US is second floor. I loved sitting on the balcony and having my coffee. Can’t wait to return!

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful location. Host was very kind from arrival to departure and very helpful whenever we needed any information on spot. The apartment is very well air conditioned (quite needed in summer), and well located close to the beach, few seconds from the car underground parking and the residence is well safe. I recommend this accommodation for anyone willing to stay in Juan les Pins.

A beautiful well equipped apartment. Fresh and modern. All rooms have individual controlled airconditioning. Large balcony with dining table and lounge set.

Had the most amazing 4 days in this accommodation. Everything was as described Pascale and Lucien were very accommodating when our flight got cancelled and allowed us to stay an extra night. There was nothing we could complain about

A very nice stay with Sophie and her family, a warm welcome, full of good advice and always with a smile. A small peaceful apartment with a private terrace with the sound of cicadas... a very nice Provencal stay that I recommend with great pleasure. We truly enjoyed our stay! The house and property were lovely. The view is spectacular. Eric and Nadine were incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We had an issue with the washing machine not working while we were there. Eric not only had the washer replaced within 2 days, he offered to do our laundry while we waited for the machine to come. It is a beautiful, newly renovated house on a lovely property. We would love the chance to stay there again!

I cannot say enough good things about this air bnb! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Magda’s beautiful place. We were visiting for a wedding but wanted a week of relaxation beforehand & this did not disappoint! The private pool was perfect, the location was beautiful, the facilities were great and of course Teddy the dog was a key highlight. Going to miss his morning cuddles. Magda was SO welcoming & gave us local restaurants recommendations, which was great to know. Magda was always happy to help & if you needed anything she would help straight away! (including lending us some mosquito repellent!) As everyone has already mentioned, the walk into Mougins old village is incredibly steep, but so worth it! Our only regret for the week was not renting a vehicle as it would have been handy, however, uber and bolt were perfectly fine and reliable to use! We would love to return & I would recommend this air bnb to anyone! Thank you so much for having us.

Simple step for us but met our expectations

Bravo Karen for this rental and bravo Nigel for the welcome. Accommodation is as advertised and cleanliness was impeccable upon arrival. The equipment is very complete and the service impeccable... in short, we were very satisfied with this stay!

The Gîte is located in a terraced house with garden, it is in a small residence with pool. There is a parking space and a secure gate. The views are beautiful and overlooks the Gulf of Cavalaire. the rental is very quiet and it is 300 m from the center of the village. The equipment of the house is complete for a pleasant stay. Claire is very available to answer questions, and there is a friendly correspondent on site for any information.

Beautiful little house, hidden from view in a picturesque garden. Nicely renovated and located next to a small creek. Romantic and quiet, despise being close to the motorway. Friendly hosts made this feel like being with friends.

Charming village house in Lorgues. Great location, possibility to walk to the center. Responsive, flexible check-in and check-out host. The house is very well-equipped and the beds are comfortable. One of the two bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning, the other not. Be careful in summer, it's very hot but we still recommend this place.

Accommodation exactly matches the listing. Ideal for spending a few days in peace and quiet. Tatiana is nice and very helpful and what to say about breakfasts, hearty, varied and excellent, the nice surprise... We had a pleasant stay. We recommend, do you want to spend a few peaceful days? Our stay with Guy was great! The place was easy to find, and Guy’s instructions were perfectly clear. Guy met us at the apartment and showed us around, and was even helpful with our luggage in the lift. There is so much to do, see, and shop all around the apartment — the location was great. When I come back to Cannes, I would try to stay here again — thanks, Guy!

Very cozy accommodation with everything we needed for our family reunion: 2 bathrooms, very well-equipped kitchen, furniture suitable for a large family, spacious terrace with beautiful sea views. Within a holiday village, we were able to access shops and boutiques.

This is the second time we have had the pleasure of staying here, and we are even more amazed than the first... probably less than we will be next time. We can't wait to come back!

We loved this accommodation with many high-quality amenities. We enjoyed the well-appointed terrace and, depending on the time of day, each space. The bedding is of very good quality and everything was very clean. Finally, we enjoyed walking a lot, in many places that are usually more complicated to reach. The shaded parking is indeed a plus.

Apartment is clean and comfortable. Great location next to Martinez Hotel. Great ocean views. Quiet and near restaurants. Walking distance to Palace Conference center and great shopping streets. Very nice.
