Appartement de 45m2 au rdc tout confort entièrement rénové dans un château à la campagne du 18ème siècle, petit parc privé avec arbres centenaires et majestueux. A 2 min en voiture des commerces et de la ville, 2 min du canal du midi avec balade à pied ou à vélo, à 20 minutes de Toulouse, 1h de Carcassonne et sa cité, lac Ganguise à 15 min. A 5 min de l’échangeur d’autoroute. Ambiance bucolique écureuils et lièvres pourront faire apparition dans le parc devant les fenêtres.

Studio 1 person or 1 couple in the countryside

Foot on the ground with its small garden. It offers all the necessary comforts with an equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, microwave, gas stove, washing machine. There is also a BZ here. The bathroom consists of toilet, wash wash and shower. The sleeping area accessible by miller's ladder offers 2 single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Bed linen and towels are not provided for this rate, count an extra charge or you can of course bring them back.

Possibility to put bicycles in the shelter. Food , bakery and laundromat open 7/7 7am-7:30 pm at 800m.
