La vecchia fattoria dei Ferretti è divenuta oggi un'accogliente casa vacanze in campagna. L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani ha 4 camere da letto (5° opzionale), 2 bagni ed ha ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Benvenuti! Quiet Tortellini è un grazioso monolocale con ingresso indipendente, a gestione familiare. Volete soggiornare in una struttura autentica dove quello che conta sono le vere comodità? Siete nel posto giusto! Siamo alle porte del centro storico in una via tranquilla in cui potete arrivare con la macchina. Al piano rialzato all'interno di una villa storica, l'appartamento è fornito di aria condizionata, cucinino, colazione, bagno privato. Animali benvenuti senza sovrapprezzo!
