This accommodation is attached to our house but you have everything at your disposal to be independent. The entrance is independent and you have full access to the terrace. As a reminder, the accommodation is located 500 m from the largest shopping area of La Rochelle (Beaulieu), less than 10 minutes from downtown La Rochelle and 10 minutes from the Île de Ré bridge.

Located on the bike path that leads to downtown La Rochelle in 10 minutes, on a bus line, near the ring road (10 minutes from the Île de Ré bridge) and especially in a very quiet cul-de-sac, with independent access, private parking and a private garden. Rated 3 stars by Charentes Tourisme, it has all the amenities to have a good vacation or a relaxing weekend. Baby bed, high chair, safety barrier.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
