Hello and welcome to our 2-room apartment near La Rochelle and Île de Ré. We would be happy to welcome you! This accommodation is attached to our house but you have everything at your disposal to be independent. The entrance is independent and you have full access to the terrace. As a reminder, the accommodation is located 500 m from the largest shopping area of La Rochelle (Beaulieu), less than 10 minutes from downtown La Rochelle and 10 minutes from the Île de Ré bridge.

We are located 4 km from the center of La Rochelle and 800 meters from a commercial area. towels, sheets and dish towels for 5 euros for one bed, 10 euros for 2 beds. I'll make your bed for your arrival. For baby: Baby bed, pot, high chair, stroller available if needed.

Our gîte is called "A coté de La Rochelle". Located on the bike path that leads to downtown La Rochelle in 10 minutes, on a bus line, near the ring road (10 minutes from the Île de Ré bridge) and especially in a very quiet cul-de-sac, with independent access, private parking and a private garden. Rated 3 stars by Charentes Tourisme, it has all the amenities to have a good vacation or a relaxing weekend. Baby bed, high chair, safety barrier.

Seaside getaway: air-conditioned and quiet house

Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130-m² house, classified as a “3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation,” is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village near La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). The property features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²), and a large, air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
