I'm Guillaume, your host! At the age of 20, I settled in La Rochelle because I wanted to see the ocean, and I've stayed ever since. I work there and started my family there. I also discovered 2 passions: surfing and rugby, which I do not practice but which I support like many people from La Rochelle! My partner and I thought of this house as a quiet place to live, with light and soft colors and materials, where family, friends, colleagues can recharge their batteries. Welcome!

T2 • At the gates of La Rochelle

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space: ~ 2-room apartment, located in the heart of the small town of Dompierre-sur-Mer (a few minutes from La Rochelle/Île de Ré by car) and close to shops within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, butcher, market...) ~ Composed of a large living room (living room/kitchen/dining room), a comfortable bedroom with open shower room, a separate toilet and a separate entrance ~ We remain available to help you prepare for your stay

Studio in a good location, small outside area, parking.

Quiet area 7 minutes by car from the train station, 5 minutes from the city center, 5 minutes from the Beaulieu shopping center. The studio is equipped with a large shower, TV, Tassimo, kettle, plate, microwave oven... It also has a small exterior of about 10 m2. Non-smoking studio, and not made to party with others! We ask you to empty the garbage cans, fold up the BZ sofa, and put the sheets on the coffee table, without forgetting to make it clean!

Quiet urban gîte "Next to La Rochelle"

Our cottage is called "A côté de La Rochelle".Located on the cycle path that leads to the city center of La Rochelle in 10 minutes, on a bus line, near the bypass ( 10 minutes from the bridge of the le de Ré ) and especially in a very quiet impasse, with independent access, private parking and a private garden. Rated 3 stars by Charentes Tourisme, has all the facilities to spend a good holiday or a relaxing weekend.Cot, high chair, safety barrier.

Cottage 5 minutes to La Rochelle

Come and spend a few days in our outbuilding. New place, well equipped. Large living room with high ceiling and exposed beams. Street parking is available in front of our house. We are located 4 km from the center of La Rochelle and 800 meters from a commercial area. towels, sheets and dish towels for 5 euros for one bed, 10 euros for 2 beds. I'll make your bed for your arrival. For baby: Baby bed, pot, high chair, stroller available if needed.

With a separate entrance, it consists of a living room with a 140 x 190 bed, equipped kitchenette, TV, dressing room, separate shower room. Shops and city buses nearby (Direct to Old Port, Minimes Beach or City Center). Please note, towels and bed sheets are not provided. Cleaning must be done on departure (optional €15 to be specified when booking).
