This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had a wonderful 9-day stay! The accommodation was very clean, modern and well equipped - we lacked nothing. The location is quiet and beautiful and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward at all times. We especially liked the loving details in the furnishings and the cozy atmosphere as well as the beautiful view of the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

We had a great stay at Paolo’s accommodation. It is very spacious and clean and the garden is beautiful. The two dogs are very friendly and the cats as well. My son had a dip in the swimming pool which was still quite cold in the beginning of may, but that wouldn’t hold him back. In the garden there are several spots where you can relax. Also the view from the top terras is beautiful. For cooking we also used the BBQ outside. If you want to go out a car is highly recommended as it would be quite a walk to the nearest restaurant or supermarket (would not recommend).

We spent a week with our young family and had the best week. The villa and pool is beautiful with incredible views but also perfectly safe for small children. We would return.

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

The home was spotless, well-equipped, and very family-friendly, with thoughtful touches throughout. But the true highlight was the pool—absolutely beautiful and the center of our experience. Our kids loved every moment spent there! The location was also ideal, with quick and easy access to the grocery store, the charming town of Pula, and the historic site of Nora. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient Sardinian getaway!

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.

The stay at Valentina's was wonderful, we had a great experience, she made us find fresh figs from a plant in their garden. The apartment is small but well designed, the outdoor garden is an oasis of peace. It is also an excellent location for visiting the various beaches in the area.

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

Marco and Elena are very welcoming and attentive hosts. They had toys and sea toys ready for the children, so they immediately felt at home. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and very clean. The bedroom was well shaded and quiet. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Marco was on a short bike trip with his husband and showed him the surroundings. The house seems generous and the garden is also shaded. We recommend the accommodation to anyone looking for peace and a homely environment.

Very pleasant stay in a cozy structure, with large and comfortable spaces, perfectly functional despite being in 8 people. A family mini-vacation that will stay in our hearts!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house in Sardinia. There were four of us and we didn't miss anything. The house was very clean, cozy and the location close to the beach was just perfect. Enrico was very friendly and always helpful. We would come back anytime and can only recommend the place!

Anna's house view really doesn't have to say, waking up every day to see the azure sea and the greenery in the yard in a very good mood.It's a shame that my son was hospitalized for the first few days of living here and couldn't fully enjoy the house.Anna was so helpful with this emergency, thank you so much!The only flaw in this house for me may be that the two rooms mentioned in the description do not have a window, but it was also okay to have an air conditioner.It was nice to have a separate door in the kitchen, and for those who love to cook, the fumes can go straight out of the kitchen. The surroundings are very convenient, ideal for families with small dolls to take to the sea, which is not particularly busy but beautiful area.

Lovely stay with hosts that genuinely want to ensure you have a comfortable and positive experience. The house is big, clean, and the covered parking + washing machine was a huge plus.

Very nice place. The terrasse is perfect. The host is very friendly and the beach is very convenient for a swim at the end of the day. We really liked it but it’s a bit on the expensive side compare to other places we rented in Sardinia. I guess it is due to the beach proximity .

Very good location for tennis players, close by foot from the forte village club. The house is clean and easy to manage. Otherwise very calm neighborhood and super close from the beach. Hosts are extremely nice and friendly, they are free to help anytime and they even drove us to some nice places to visit. I recommend strongly !!

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furnishings are carefully designed and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! very quiet location, top organized, 24/7 . Entrance control for the resort, very easily accessible, easy to find, considers parking space, all very safe, private and discreet. the apartment has everything you need for the holiday on site as most guests, as well as we, leave your shopping there. highly recommended.

Casa Leccio is a real little piece of heaven! The apartment is clean, spacious, carefully decorated, with all the comforts you need (coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer...). But the real plus is the garden with hammocks and birdsong:-) We had a great 10 days at Isa's in Solanas. We fell in love with Sardinia: its nature, its cuisine, its landscapes, its people… We hope to be back soon!

We had a relaxing week, right on the beach

Simone was a great host. He should hospitality and responsiveness throughout our stay. The location was a bit hard to find with the address not listed in the booking, but Simone helps us find our way. Many of the neighborhood grocery stores and restaurant were closed for the season, but Pula is a short drive and has much to offer. I would definitely recommend this villa.
