Monthly Rentals in Pulau Kapas

We really enjoyed our stay here. it was easy to find and right on the beach. Jeremy was great at communicating before hand and helped us get tickets for our island visit. He even dropped and picked us up from there. He showed us the locals places to eat and even took us to get some fruit! I would stay again when in the area! The only thing extra we would have enjoyed is some cushion for the outside bench/chairs perhaps.

overall, the stay is good, but there's a few downside like the place is located by the busy roadside. bit noisy in the morning until night and quiter in the late night. other things is good, the house is cool and suitable with the price. Will definitely repeat again in future.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was perfect for us, as we were looking for a place within walking distance to the beach that also had a swimming pool for the kids. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. However, the common area can get quite hot during the morning and afternoon. It would be great if more fans were provided. For the the dining area, installing blinds to block out the direct sunlight would make the space more comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Right in front of the homestay, there’s a nasi lemak restaurant that opens at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Norul's place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and friendly throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you!
