Monthly Rentals in Punchbowl

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb - Jin’s place. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. It was in a great location — quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. The beds were super comfortable, and all the amenities made it feel like a home away from home. Our host, Jin, was fantastic — responsive, friendly, and made the whole check-in/check-out process smooth and easy. They even went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. To be very honest the house was extremely amazing great spot for everything i could just walk to the shopping didnt really used my car .. and for the house by itself i was so impressed with how beautiful and clean it was its my first time booking for Airbnb and im happy to say that I'll definitely be coming back 🙂 .. Highly recommended to everyone very affordable and worth your money you have everything inside the house 🙂

Lian’s place gave us a very pleasant stay. The apartment had all the basic necessities, a locked up parking space to use & was situated in a convenient and quiet location. Great for young families with a very close park, walking track and library. Communication was easy and smooth, with very clear instructions for check in. Lian is a very friendly and responsive host.
