We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Antonio is really kind and helpful. Always ready to provide any kind of help and advice. The stay was really pleasant, Antonio allowed us to exclusively use a beautiful terrace with a sea view, which was not included in the reservation.

Wow what an incredible stay at Claudia's! It was the perfect home base to explore other towns in Tuscany, and after a long day of sightseeing, the apartment felt so relaxing like a real home away from home. We were lucky enough to stay during the Festa Del Barbarossa where San Quirico really came alive and we got to experience the festivities. As for Claudia she is a 10/10 host! She made sure we were well prepared, met us at check in and had stocked the apartment with everything we needed. Do not hesitate to book Claudia's apartment. It is top tier accommodation! We had a great time, Carolina was very kind and helpful, even giving us a lot of suggestions on what to visit. Bicycles are provided and the house is a 15-minute walk (5-minute bike ride) from the historic center of Castiglione. In addition, the area is very quiet and there is a car parking lot. Highly recommended!!

This is a fantastic apartment. Perfect for two couples. Luciana and Fabio are very friendly and welcoming people. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished. It is in a great location, close to the fortress and several highly recommended restaurants. We've been there twice and we'll do it again.

Giuseppe was a kind and welcoming host. The location of the house is strategic, immersed in the countryside with beautiful olive trees, but close to the sea which can also be reached with a 15-minute walk. Ideal for those who want a quiet place in nature. The house is very clean with fragrant sheets. And the beautiful kittens of a few weeks that won us over! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in this fantastically located apartment! The house is wonderfully quiet with a Tuscan postcard view - a real highlight, especially by the pool. After a small start-up hitch (half as wild and quickly clarified), we got exactly the apartment we had booked - and it absolutely matched the description. The hosts were super warm, helpful and always trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We especially enjoyed the optional Italian breakfast - delicious, lovingly made and with a lot of charm. Perfect location to explore the surroundings, from small villages to larger cities everything was easily accessible. A great place to relax and enjoy - we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Devy and can only recommend her agriturismo! The location is perfect – quiet and idyllic, but you can still reach many great places in the area in just about 30 minutes. The apartment is cozy, everything you need is there, and the pool was always clean and inviting. Devy is a very warm hostess, with whom you immediately feel welcome. We have experienced many beautiful things and would love to come back!

I stayed there for 4 days with my family, a well-kept and clean house, very close to the sea and the center of the village. We had a great time, a wonderful place. The lady was precise in her directions and at our disposal when we needed her. We spent 4 fantastic and peaceful days. i recommend it to everyone.

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Tenuta la Santissima is a stunning gem in Tuscany. Pierre and Eric welcomed us with genuine warmth and made us feel like old friends. We loved the peaceful garden, the refreshing pool, and the sweet dogs, Gaston and Stig. As a coffee lover, I was thrilled with the top-quality espresso machine and unlimited refills! It’s also a great base for day trips to Siena, Florence, and other charming towns. Every detail is done with care, and it shows. We left with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return. Perfect stay for a small Family of three. Carolina is the most welcoming host I have ever met. Excellent communication and very empathetic, since we arrived very late because our daughter had traveling sickness. The Location is beautiful, and Carolina explained everything to us. We were even allowed to use the bikes, one of them had a child seat installed. The beach is very close, you can easily walk. With a Hotel & Resort close by, you can go to the bakery every morning. We even used the Pool, Gym and Spa there once. Special thanks to Carolina, we can definitely recommend to stay with her.

Very nice accommodation, beautiful complex with large garden/pool and great location for activities in the nearby area by car (including San Gimignano, Florence, Siena) as well as good accessibility to restaurants in the area (e.g. in San Gimignano). The apartment is well furnished and equipped with the essentials for a few days stay (including kitchen, bathroom). We can easily recommend the accommodation. The only point: if you have booked the apartment in the host's house, you must be able to accept the house's ringing (even in the middle of the night).

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

If you are looking for a calm space in the middle of the nature this place is the perfect one for you!! We’ve enjoyed every second of it, it was exactly how it looked like on the photos and Pino is the perfect host :) we would definitely come again!!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

This place is even better than described. I never imagined I could one day live in an authentic palace. Thank you, Bianca, for making this dream come true! A small piece of advice for future guests: please follow Bianca’s directions exactly when coming to the palace—Google Maps can be very misleading.

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!
