The stone villa is secluded and surrounded by the greenery of the woods. Here you will find peace, privacy, silence, and unspoiled nature. This is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation. The villa was built in the mid-1800s by my great-grandfather. Then, over the years, it was restored and improved, always maintaining the classic Tuscan style. We are located between the Val d'Orcia, Monte Amiata, and the sea. We are located 870 m above sea level. The villa is about 15 minutes by car from Arcidosso.

Casa Pineta Elba, a short walk from the sea

Casa Pineta is submerged in umbrella pinewood trees in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sq m garden with pines, Mediterranean plants and flowers, and includes a private sandy beach directly bordering the sea.It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

Enchanting Rose Garden Pool Villa

Truthful Tuscan paradise just 12mins from Siena. Boasting two doubles and two twins, 3 bathrooms, a very large leaving room, a beautiful dining room with fire place, park, parking and pool are all private. It is the ideal old and authentic family retreat, nestled on top of the Montechiaro hill with 360 degrees views over Chianti. The host leaves in the adjacent house. In winter and early spring there is an extra charge of 50€ a day for heating.

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.
