Holiday rentals with beach access in Punta Ballena

The view is incredible, the place is very cozy, and it has everything you need to spend a few days there.

It is a new building and apartment, with a modern style and all amenities. Everything is always clean. I personally liked the location, but it's worth remembering that it's in Maldonado and not downtown Punta del Este. I'd definitely come back.

This place was wonderful with beautiful direct views of the Atlantic! The private pool was an added touch on the hot days. We’ll be back!

We were staying in Jimena's apartment for 4 nights. It seemed very well located, comfortable and neat. Jimena responded our inquiries with immediacy and Cecilia's attention as a host in check-in and check-out was excellent, responding quickly and efficiently to our requests. I will recommend it.

When I return to Punta del Este I would have no hesitation in looking for her apartment that has everything, spacious and excellent view. Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

The house is new and is very well equipped. It is ready for 10 people, ideal for 2 families. It has a pool and grill and is close to the plaza, DAS and piletas inside Solanas. Evangelina answered all our doubts and was very friendly.

The stay was very nice. We were the end of tourism and we spent very quiet taking advantage of the patio in the hours of solcito, and the stove when it was already starting to cool down. There is a lot of nature around, at night you hear the waves of the sea and in the morning you wake up with the singing of the birds. The hosts were very accommodating, they were available, making sure we were comfortable. As for the area, it is quiet, there is a supermarket 5 blocks away, a warehouse 2, and a bakery 24hs 10 blocks (very rich and complete). As shown in the photos, there is a garden that we used with respect and care, accompanying the pizza with fresh basil. There are two cuddly and friendly dogs that come by to say hello and do some company if they see you outside but never enter the house because they are very respectful. Meets everything you need to disconnect from the routine of the city.

The house was absolutely perfect. The WiFi was great, the pool was clean and just the right size. The landscaping and design of the house is incredible. We felt like we were in a piece of Heaven. The house is a quick walk from the beach. It’s in a lovely neighborhood, it’s really quiet and tranquil. The security system makes you feel secure when you leave. But the surroundings are really safe. The bedding and towels were soft and cozy. The kitchen and grill were a joy to cook and spend time in. We can’t wait to go back.

This was one of the best Airbnb's I have ever stayed. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. The pictures do not even do the place justice. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance. We will definitely be back.

We simply love this place! m I felt totally at home. Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!
