Beachfront holiday rental in Punta Cana

Excelente alojamiento, cerca de la playa y con buena ubicación. Sadiel en todo momento estuvo al pendiente y super atento, nuestra estadía fue genial y volveré pronto. Me sentí como en casa.

From the day I made the reservation until I checked out they responded immediately to any and all inquiries. Apartment was spacious and kept cool by opening up all the windows to let in the ocean breeze. Location was perfect right next to the beach. Loved sitting out on the patio to begin and end each day. Would definitely come back.

Rajesh was a friendly, responsive, always attentive for my requests. He recommended some places that were good. He also set me up a trip to Isla Saona which I truly recommend to visit. It is amazing. Rajesh place was clean, with amenities provided. Every thing was great. Thanks Rajesh for all your help and for let me have a late checkout. I will definitely come back again to your place.

My stay at Residencial Playa Coral was truly exceptional. The apartment exudes comfort and understated luxury, with thoughtful details throughout — from the spacious layout and elegant furnishings to the impressive entertainment setup featuring a 60" Sony Bravia TV and immersive Dolby surround sound. Its ground-floor location made beach access effortlessly convenient; stepping out barefoot onto the soft sands of Bávaro felt like a dream. The nearby Jellyfish Restaurant was another highlight — having exquisite seafood delivered directly to the apartment added a lovely touch of indulgence. This residence strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and sophistication. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined beachfront escape.

lindo departamento, todo lo que anuncia realmente es. esta en una ubicación muy central y relativamente cerca a una playa llamada Turquesa. tiene de yodo tipo de comercio aleddaño supermercado, casa cambios , framacia , bares, restaurantes, bancos, cajeros, etc.

Manuel provided great communication before, during, and after our trip! The location is very close to the beach with many options for food nearby. Thank you Manuel!

This location is amazing for my two friends and I. The photos match exactly what you got and the views are amazing. I also love that it was a corner penthouse so we can have a piece on the rooftop without any noise complaints or anything. I have zero complaints just a suggestion for the listing. There are many Airbnb’s on the same block, but each building has a name. Just add the name of the building within the address location so it’s easier to find other than that 10 out of 10. I will definitely be staying again.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The property is overly stocked, much more spacious in person, and has an incredible patio overlooking the marina. The location is peaceful, beautiful, safe, easy to get to, not far from the airport, and close to tons of resorts, restaurants, beaches, and more! We had the perfect stay in Cap Cana! I would highly recommend this stay. Cap Cana is the pristine area of Punta Cana!

El alojamiento es como se describe en la página, cerca al mar un condo muy tranquilo, la piscina fabulosa, restaurantes y supermercados cerca, el departamento muy cómodo, prontas respuestas a las inquietudes, solo puedo agradecer a Mark por las hermosas vacaciones en su ARB. Muy recomendable.

The condo was beautiful and so peaceful and relaxing. We loved spending time on the balcony. William was kind enough to let us check in a bit early and check out a bit late which was very much appreciated! The pool and on site restaurant were incredible and extremely convenient. We loved being a quick (2mins) walk to the beach and the private chairs/umbrellas were amazing! We definitely recommend William and the Stanza Mare condominiums and hope to be back!

This Airbnb was in a very convenient location which made our vacation so much better. The hosts not only helped coordinate excursions for a competitive price, but many excursions also pick up from locations that are less than a 5 minute walk from the Airbnb. There is a market open 24 hours right across the street for added convenience. The house was clean & the host responded almost immediately on a consistent basis. Very pleased with our stay.

My children and I enjoyed the place. I wish it had a microwave because it would have made cooking easier. I did enjoy my stay. Thank you

Great place to stay with lots of amenities nearby and walkable. It is a spacious and clean condo!

Kevin and Hector are incredible and embody the true spirit of hosting and hospitality. They are very accommodating and helpful but not intrusive. They want to make sure you have an amazing experience, not just a place to stay. We took advantage of pre stocked groceries, in house massage, and Margarita the chef doing a traditional in home Dominican dinner, all of which were wonderful. (Especially the chef, just phenomenal.) The PS4 was an amazing addition for when we weren’t up to or able to be outside. The unit was stocked well and the beds were comfortable! Kevin has both dehumidifiers and air purifiers in the condo, both of which were super appreciated. We enjoyed dining at Noah, Drago, La Yola, and Juanillo Beach club. Juanillo is a great spot for when you want to be in a livelier atmosphere during the day. The golf cart is a must, don’t think you can skip it. Thank you both for being so kind, helpful, and responsive. If we are ever back, you will be our first choice.

We cannot speak more highly about our stay at Edwin’s condo. Everything was as described. Beautiful and comfortable. We felt like we were at home. Edwin was very communicative thru out my entire booking process as well as during our stay. We couldn’t have ask for a more gracious host. We love the easy access to the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. Everything you need is in walking distance. It was our most relaxing vacation ever. We are used to all inclusive vacations but what a difference. No schedules, no worries about claiming beach chairs, and most definitely no hassle for timeshares. We are so happy with our trip and cannot wait to return!

Fantastic roomy apartment on a beautiful beach! Highly recommended. The host Ulyana was really helpful, attentive, friendly, and eager to make our vacation the most comfortable and enjoyable possible. This spacious and well decorated apartment is better than the pictures with just a short walk to the beautiful palm tree lined sandy beach. This apartment is in a safe and secure gated neighborhood adjacent some nice resorts. We had a rental car which made trips for groceries, dining, and sightseeing easy. Ulyana gave us great recommendations on local restaurants and places to visit. The well stocked kitchen had plenty of appliances, dishes and utensils for us to prepare food there easily also. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a tropical vacation. It felt like paradise!

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the common areas are very well maintained. The pool is excellent! We were welcomed by Anna, who is an absolute delight. The beach is just across the street, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. If you walk in the opposite direction of the beach, you’ll find even more dining options with more affordable prices. We could truly see ourselves living there. Highly, highly recommended!

Such a great find! Everything was walkable, with a multitude of really good restaurants to choose from. The beach was legit 10 feet from the front door. The property felt pretty safe. The beach was gorgeous! Plenty of activities to do!

Mi esposo y yo estuvimos por 3 noches en el alojamiento de Milagros. Un lugar cerca del aeropuerto, desde donde caminamos hasta el apartamento sin mayores problemas. Quizás una explicación más detallada de como llegar hubiera evitado que diéramos una vuelta muy grande, pero estuvo bien con Googlemaps. El alojamiento es pequeño, pero con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta. Cuarto de baño amplio, buena cama y lencería. Cocina con utensilios y especies necesarios para cocinar. El salón con una mesa de comedor y un sofá cama adecuados. Quiero resaltar la amabilidad de Milagros, quien respondió siempre a nuestras dudas y requerimientos. La zona donde se encuentra el alojamiento es tranquila, con un pequeño centro comercial junto al lado. No dudaría en volver en mi paso por Punta Cana a este alojamiento.

My mother and I stayed a week for Mothers Day. Great location with food everywhere. Honestly overpriced in my opinion but there were a few cheaper options. Beach within a 3 minute walk. I felt somewhat safe in the area. Seems sketchy esp in the day but I felt pretty confident walking alone at 2AM to find food. (Found some very good bud along the way as well lol) Location was not hard to find for Ubers. Go to Superllama for groceries as well. A lot cheaper than Jumbo & it’s 11 min drive from Airbnb. The “poppi express” is also a nice option if you have cash. Theres an ATM down the street. Dishes, pots, & a grill are provided so you are able to cook. FYI, there is only a washer, so you must air dry your clothes but that was no issue. For our excursions, we walked 7 mins to Impressive Punta Cana for pickups. Description everything as described & very very spacious. A lot better than I could’ve imagined in person. 10/10 would stay again.

This place was beautiful, the view was breathtaking from our penthouse balcony. The balcony was huge with a grill. The place is exactly as pictured even better in person. Host are responsive and very helpful. We had No issues no complaints

Great location, literally within a few steps from the beach. Plenty of restaurants, activities to choose from. Check-in was a breeze.
