Good place to spend a relaxed weekend, all very clean and functional.

Very nice and quiet they just still building in the neighborhood so it’s a lot of houses getting built or worked on. I’d stay again though

Agua was there to welcome us into her home when we arrived. She showed us around to all the amenities and responded very quickly to any needs we had. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The listing meets expectations. It is a good option to relax and enjoy, also the residential is private and has a good location. The communication with the hostess was good and smooth.

The house was very nice, spacious, and clean—exactly as pictured. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the pool was the perfect size and very clean—great for relaxing during our stay. The host was super helpful, quick to respond, and even sent us great recommendations for places to visit, which made our trip even better. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay when you visit Cap Cana.

Highly recommended, the accommodation is in a private estate, close to a shopping center and restaurants and bars, the house was quite clean and tidy. We loved it.

Beachstay was an excellent place to stay. The host was very responsive and understanding of our situation and was always there when we needed help. I will highly recommend.

Had an amazing stay with Jaay! Jaay and Ilianet were very responsive and helpful. Jaay was able to accommodate our early check in & helped coordinate transportation. We were even provided information on popular restaurants and nightlife near by.

Our stay in Punta Cana was truly outstanding, the place was safe, peaceful, private and very spacious. What stood out the most was the host Steve’s hospitality and quick response times. He made sure our stay was top notch and responded immediately anytime we had a concern or needed recommendations. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely come back.

We stayed several days at the unit Gabriel happened to be in the neighborhood and stoped by to welcome us a great gesture showed us a tour of the unit and gave us a quick rundown of the area extremely friendly and a very nice touch would stay again and recommend to others

Sabrina’s place was above my expectations. We felt at home for our destination wedding celebration. The place was spotless just as the pictures. Very spacious and comfortable. Melida was an angel! Her good was delicious! We couldn’t choose a better place to stay! Definitely will be back very soon! :)

A place I would definitely return to; it's very peaceful. The private pool was the best part, very clean. In this case, I went with my partner, and it was the best, all the privacy and the good moments were amazing.

Place is nice and comfortable I recommend. it’s safe and quite host is also very responsive to any problem or suggestion that we have and answer any questions we asked in a quick manner.

We were very pleased by how well stocked the house is for dining events and everyday living. The Host is knowledgeable and very helpful, any questions are resolved quickly. We were truly happy there. Julia’s place was as described in the photos. I felt at home my entire trip. Very quiet neighborhood. Julia is very responsive, she’s just amazing at what she’s does and I would definitely stay here again.
