Waterfront holiday rentals in Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

Ubicación es excelente, dentro de un hotel con seguridad y hermosa vista. Limpieza impecable, acceso fácil, cocineta bien equipada, refrigerador funcional 24/7, aire acondicionado y baño muy limpio. Julio y Aileen son anfitriones súper atentos. Las rutas pasan justo afuera y los tours te recogen ahí mismo. No es un resort, pero cumple más que bien. Único detalle: cuidado al entrar/salir de la tina-regadera por la altura. Aún así, ¡todo fue perfecto! ¡Volvería sin dudarlo! Súper recomendado, 5 stars!! Muchas gracias por todo, 100% recomendable, lugar, anfitrión, estancia, todo!

Súper mega recomendado , es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este lugar tienes acceso a alberca playa privada y de las mejores, acceso a restaurante y desayuno buffete, al salir caminas 10 min al Chedraui y es un trayecto que se disfruta mucho al caminar , es el lugar ideal si vas en familia zona súper segura en plena Zona hotelera y playa súper bonita y azul no caminas más de 50 pasos de la alberca a la playa . Los mejores anfitriones, súper atentos y confiables incluso me ayudaron con mi transporte de regreso, el lugar impecable , cuenta con aire acondicionado Tvs de súper buen tamaño camas súper cómodas, si estás leyendo esto reserva con ellos son los mejores no por nada es mi segunda ocasión reservando y te ahorras gastos extra de estar moviéndote a playas aquí lo tienes todo.

El lugar es muy tranquilo al ser una privada, muy seguro, puede uno ir caminando a la playa y al ferry qué sale a isla mujeres, considero que es una opción ideal para familias que desean pasar sus vacaciones con una estancia espectacular. Sin duda será una próxima opción de alojamiento. Tienes a estas metros tienda de conveniencia y farmacia. y a 10 minutos centros comerciales.

Gabriela and her team were very helpful! They accommodated all my requests in regards to check in because I thought I was going to arrive late and when I didn't they still presented on time with the keys. In the city of Cancun, I had an unexpected situation and I when I informed Gina and her team they helped me. They found a Dr. for me and even helped me during my stay. They were very attentive during my stay and became friends from one day to the next. Every day they checked up on me and made sure I was well and safe. They connected me with resources. The apartment is safe, it is clean, it has its private pool, and I walked 15-20 minutes for food. Thank you Gina and Gaby! Gaby, gracias por ser mi angel!!!

Private villa, perfect to hang back in a group. Neighbors are very quiet. Pool and beach right at your doorstep, what else could you want!? Quick walk next door to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Will definitely come back!

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Sylvia's home was just perfect for our sisters getaway. 3br/ 3bath and a great living area to gather. The decks overlooking the ocean were perfect for morning coffee and cocktails by pool (overlooking the ocean) were splendid. Local concierges and housekeepers Maribel and Jose couldn't be more responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

Daniel made everything so easy. From the airport pickup until checkout. The house is beautiful! Thank you Daniel for everything! We had so much fun! The location is perfect and near everything. We were in town for our friends wedding at the JW Marriott, which is super close and within walking distance. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything Daniel 🤗

Hi, this is an amazing area clean and it’s safe. I love the swimming pool. This is the second time we stayed in the same place. I love it, and there is always a Security Guy watching over everything and a walking distance to the beach and all the nightclubs. Everybody was nice and kind from the cleaning crew Security Guy and the guys maintaining the property outside. I will definitely go back and stay with you guys.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment/condo! It was spacious, very well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The air-conditioning and ceiling fans kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was ideal for us - right in the centre of the island, so it’s nice and quiet, but still within easy reach of the vibrant North Beach and the more laid-back South. There are plenty of great restaurants all over the island, so you’re really spoiled for choice. The on-site bar and restaurant were a great bonus as it was super convenient, especially for a relaxing drink after a day in the sun. Any noise from the bar ended by 10 pm, so it never disturbed us. We also loved having access to three different swimming pools, especially the rooftop , which was quiet with great views. Julie is a great host who was very welcoming and responsive to our needs, thanks Julie! We’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to return.

The place looks just like the pictures; security does a great job at limiting access to strangers. The common areas are always clean, easy access to public transportation. The Coffee shop inside the community has great food and service.

What a beautiful location and place!! Sergio was really amazing! Him and Jose are great hosts. Sergio really went above and beyond hosting and made sure we had everything we needed. Any question or issue that came up in our travels he immediately responded and assisted, even if it meant going out of his way. Truly a great guy and we sincerely look forward to coming back to Cancún and staying at his place! Thank you for everything Sergio and Jose!! We appreciate you and this lovely experience!

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment! Araceli was extremely helpful before and during our vacation. And quickly responsive. This is a beautifully decorated apartment and the complex is quiet and well maintained with multiple pools and a beach to enjoy. We ate twice at the poolside bar and the food was great. Cocktails too!There were plenty of loungers poolside or beachside to use. La Amada is away from the bustle of Cancun hotel zone which we enjoyed but it was helpful to have a car for places we wanted to visit. Also there are activity bookings close to La Amada as well. Nearby we visited The Flamingo restaurant twice. The service was friendly and the seafood menu good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

The marketing pictures seemed a little better than the actual place, and there was no drinking water or paper towels provided, and limited toilet paper products in the unit-not even extra trash bags—all of which would have been appreciated for the price we paid, but overall we would come back: beds were comfortable, ac kept it cool, clean, and barefoot distance to a beautiful beach. It helped that there was an on-site store that has nice food and small items you’ll want and need. You can eat right there, outside the store, and see the beautiful surf. Mau was very responsive and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend!

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

I had a great time staying at this property. The surroundings are beautiful and I felt safe being away from the resorts, but also not in the city center. It was very accessible with a great location just off the main boulevard. Isabel was a great hostess and I found that I lacked for nothing during my stay. Thank you and I look forward to staying again!
