My stay inside the home was absolutely perfect. From the first moment, communication with the host was quick, clear and very friendly. The place was spotless - clean, well decorated and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The house is very nice, each space is designed so that you do not complicate anything, it is very comfortable and relaxing, it is just like the photos and nearby you have the village where you get everything, the kitchen is very complete and equipped, the pool is not too large but it is accurate for the total of people, the rooms all with airs which gives you a plus and the Host Gustavo is very attentive to any doubt. 100% recommended

I have nothing but positive words about both the department and the hosts. Great place, great location, very safe place, comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities me and my family needed for this trip. In regards of René and Maite, great hosts. Very responsive, very respectful, they were very attentive to every detail to make our stay memorable; and it was memorable.

An incredible place with an excellent location, it takes me many surprises, the truth is that the photos do not do justice for what the place is. A huge rooftop with a beautiful sea view, you can see the sea to from the jacuzzi. very good induction kitchen, has pans and cooking pots. The spacious room with a large and comfortable bathroom, has a washing machine. You can walk to the beach, it's just five minutes away. Safe place, trolley park is internal with roof and secure. The host Mario is always attentive, friendly to help as much as possible. I'll recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent location, a very quiet area, the place is very nice and close to everything, all the furniture and utensils are new, communication with the host is very good!

The stay at Silvia's place was very relaxing and quiet, which was something I was looking for. The swimming pool and beach access are a definite plus to staying here. A large modern shopping mall and grocery store are about a ten minute walk from the building. The building staff was very helpful with the check-in process, and the guards were friendly and were helpful in calling a taxi when needed. The apartment itself was clean and functional. Only one air conditioner in a bedroom did not seem to function, but the other two worked fine when needed. I informed Silvia of the air conditioner and she was responsive about checking on it. In fact the the air was not needed that often, just during the hottest part of the day. In the evening the fans kept the place cool with the terrace door open to the ocean breeze, and the sound of the surf made for pleasant sleeping at night.

Excellent host is very friendly. The apartment is very nice, has a view of the sea and the beautiful city, a super large balcony, a large pool and with a spectacular view. I will definitely be back!

James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

We stayed 1 night with my family, everything was excellent. The place was very clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the sea. The facilities were as shown in the photos, everything in good condition. We also felt very safe during the stay.

A cozy place, with a spectacular view, we had an amazing time, the apartment is larger than we expected and has everything we needed. A fascinating place to go with family or friends, the pleasant thing is the hospitality with which they welcome you in the lobby and we thought it was great that the building management gives you a free parasol on Chipipe beach.
