Monthly Rentals in Punta de Cas Català

Thoroughly enjoyed our month here. The apartment is well located, very spacious and has friendly neighbours and good facilities. The bedrooms have lots of natural light through the day with comfortable beds and lots of storage. The only slight negative for me as a chef cooking every day is that the kitchen needs some renovation. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The location was amazing. Beautiful view from the apartment. Clean apartment. Sergio had great suggestions for things to do and places to eat on the island.

Thank you Mercè and Victoria for the beautiful apartment and the great holiday. Everything was as described, great amenities and you didn't miss anything. Victoria always responded promptly and was super friendly. Mercè welcomed us on site and was there for us immediately if we had any questions. Even our air conditioning was replaced in a timely manner after it stopped working properly. It is a peaceful setting with a great stretch of beach more frequented by locals. The bus station is only 5 minutes away and the number 47 runs for 2€ per person directly to Palma City. The apartment complex is very clean, the pool is taken care of regularly and the remaining residents are also very friendly. We can absolutely recommend it and would come back any time. Wow!!! What a holiday!! We absolutely loved the apartment. What a special place. We will without a shadow of a doubt be returning. Everything from the warm welcome to the apartment, the view, the local area- all perfection! We are a family of four and we simply had the very best time.
