Great views of the Lago Grande and all the buzzy local comings and goings from the balcony. Local shops providing great Sicilian produce a stones's throw away. The beach is 5 minutes and full of working fishing boats. Ganzirri is an active fishing community, from both the sea and the lake where clams and mussels are cultivated. Wonderful dramatic views in every direction. Giandiego was a great host, helpful and ensuring we had a good stay. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay! I took my mom to Sicily for the first time and this was a most ideal place and setting. The service and attention was exceptional and made you feel right at home upon arrival. The room seemed like it was newly renovated with nice modern furnishings and technology and also immaculately clean. Perfect patio view of La Isola Bella. The outdoor pool was clean as well. If you chose not to rent a car you can take a bus which picks you up about halfway down the hill and it takes you to the beach as well as the center of Taormina. I would return here anytime. accommodation located in a city that is a must-see!!!The nearby square makes it easy to park. Intended for people who are alert because the accommodation is accessible on foot and with a few large steps, located at the level above the sea, you can access the seaside by going down many stairs. There is an elevator but it was not in operation. Manuela greeted us in the street so that we could easily find the accommodation and was able to give us some directions to visit Scilla. The tourist tax is not included in the price, you must add €2 per person per day. Our stay was only one night and was very well suited for this small accommodation.

The apartment is waterfront overlooking the promenade, in a nice clean neighborhood. Best to plan on eating out as the only sink is in the bathroom so hard to keep tidy. Still, Antonio provides everything- a good sized fridge, plenty of coffee making options and milk. There is definitely road noise but no different from what you would find anywhere else. Slept very well.

I can't help but say that we were allowed to have the perfect vacation at the property. The grounds are fantastically beautiful, as is the view from the balcony every morning. The hospitality of the hostess and the contact person for German guests have allowed us to switch off completely & to have nothing to worry about. From help with the rental car to surprise aperitivi, everything was there. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit this beautiful area and look forward to coming back now!

We spent a very nice and relaxed week with our little daughter in the apartment. We were the only guests, so it was very quiet and we actually had a private beach. The garden and the view are beautiful. The apartment looks like the photos. On arrival and departure, we treated ourselves to an e-taxi, otherwise everything is easily accessible on foot. The caretaker couple is very nice and helpful if you need anything. Carlo was always easy to reach.

Alessandro's place was everything we expected and more, right on the seafront, with loads of fantastic restaurants, grocery store and few shops all on the doorstep. The Apartment, was peaceful, and had everything you need for a great holiday, home from home. Alessandro was great at recommendations, but as he said you can't go wrong with any of the restaurants and cafe's Giardini Naxos, is a really lovely place to stay, always felt safe walking around night or day, Taxi to Taormina costs 25 euro to beach 30 euro to the town, during the day but at night is around 40Euro So much to see and do on the island, which is absolutely stunning We used Sayonara Beach, Geovanni and staff were great too, great advice and not a rip off, they have a cafe and restaurant, with all the facilities needed for the day, and is only a five minute walk. Will definitely stay at Alessandro's place again and highly recommend.

We loved our stay here. It had the most incredible view that we didn’t want to leave. Super easy access to the beach and the cable car into the town centre. Recommend staying here over Taormina as it’s away from the tour groups and craziness so it is really peaceful but easy to get to town for dinner etc. The rooms and kitchen all looked over the ocean, were clean and well maintained. Pietro was an excellent host and made everything simple. Even had a beautiful antipasti platter for us on arrival. Would visit again!

Tina is a very kind host. She met us at the port and accompanied us to the car rental. On the way to the accommodation, we have already received many good recommendations for sights, restaurants and more. The accommodation is very quiet, is in impeccable condition and has a fantastically beautiful view. However, the access is challenging. Our small rental car seriously pushed the slope to its limit with 2 people and luggage (older Fiat 600)

Great aparment with a super view not too far from Taormina. We really enjoyed our stay and Andrea was super responsive host and made us feel welcome. We can highly recommend it.

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

Literally located in the best area, everything you’d need in the flat, clean with a good host. Such a bargain!

Giovanni's place is a great house with beautiful views of Taormina, the sea and Etna. The location is great and it is very easy to walk all around the center of Taormina and the tourist paths. Still, the house is a little off the busiest parts and relatively quiet. The kitchen has the implements necessary to cook simple meals. The beds are a little on the hard side, but there are blankets and comforters that can be used to soften them a bit. Overall, a great place for those visiting Taormina. Giovanni is a great host and was very patient when the train we were arriving in had technical issues and did not reach Taormina station on time (we had to take a bus from Letojanni, where the train stopped). Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice, very clean, very good equipped and designed apartment. We can absolutely recommend to stay here! Beach, supermarket and good restaurants are available but ideally you have a car.

A very spacious and comfortable apartment. Nicely furnished and decorated. Was very clean and tidy. Air conditioning worked well. Good having the hot tub although I lowered the temp to cool off in! Great view out to sea and along the coast. Host Massimo was very helpful and all arrangements worked well as discussed. The one thing to consider is it is up a steep hill - which was fine for us, but if you have mobility issues it might be a bit trickier. We treated it as a bit of a legs workout and were used to it quickly!
