Walk to everything! Several trails at the front of property will lead you to Beach, shops, cafes, mini marts,yoga studios, and more. Wonderful place with all the amenities you need. The golf cart was really a plus for us, it allowed us to move easily and efficiently. The pool was also lovely. The accommodation is clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Leonie's recommendations were superb. We recommend it without hesitation!

It was exactly what we expected, because all the descriptions fully matched what we got. We were ready that the access to the house is not easy because of the tide, we were ready that the house would be small, but or was ok for us, because we stayed only 2 nights. And we DIDN’T want noisy restaurants nearby, so we got what we wanted, Thank you so much!!!❤️

Outstanding experience. The place has an excellent location, just minutes from the beach and many restaurants and amenities. It was clean, well-appointed for its size, and had everything I needed for a two week stay. Jack was very responsive to my questions, and even made some arrangements for me due to the extended stay. The AC might be loud for some (I didn’t mind), so maybe bring earplugs if that’s a concern. Highly recommended, and I hope to return in the future.

Neptunes Treehouse Cozy Jungle View Studio

I spent 2 weeks at this beautiful place located in La Huacas, walkable to the beach and restaurants but tucked away from the comparative “busyness” of Nosara. The landscaping and surrounding jungle were perfect to watch birds and monkeys. Completely safe and luxurious accommodation in a newer build. I compared pricing for the area and feel this Airbnb provides a great deal more privacy and amenities than a hotel. Being able to cook for myself was a great benefit for me. I frequently had the property to myself. Owner was very responsive to communications. Note: Nosara has really grown since I was last there and construction is everywhere. This place was relatively quiet in comparison and I could enjoy the landscape in the immaculate garden view terrace. I loved the pool area for yoga and outdoor showers. At peak times, the main road is busy down below the house but this was never a concern. Encourage you to explore the views from La Huacas on quad or e-bike during your stay. Pura vida!
