Beautiful house in Punta colorada. Designed for two people, or three as it has an armchair bed in the living room. In case of being three a mattress is added to the armchair bed. Located in a strategic place; it has the calm of the countryside but is 3 minutes by car from the mansa and the brava of Punta Colorada, 10 minutes from Piriápolis and 20 from Punta Ballena. It has a fan, air and a large shade at noon on the grill. It has a high-performance stove for winter.

Fenced backyard with large deck, outdoor dining area and grill, all covered. All rooms have air conditioning. Alarm.
