Monthly Rentals in Punta Sam

Five stars for our stay at Arturo Alfonso's place. This airbnb was a superb location for enjoying community, working remote, as well as quick and easy access to all necessities (i.e. laundry, food, water). Our experience included everything we needed, and then some. My partner and I enjoyed the balcony daily, with the second level providing an eagle's eye view that's good for relaxing and/or enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. Arturo and Alfonso are thoughtful and accommodating, and ensured our travel excursions and livelihood needs were provided for. We greatly appreciate our stay here, and look towards returning in the future.

The place was very clean and all instructions were very clearly laid out for access etc. The condo was pleasant and the amenities in the building and nearby were great; we really loved the rooftop pool. There is only one restaurant and it close’s fairly early at 7, but it was easy and affordable to get an Uber to take us to restaurants nearby. Overall we would recommend staying here as we had an enjoyable experience.

Nice and nice place. Ideal for going to relax and not move from there. We went as a family with babies, the atmosphere is very familiar and far from the noise. It has outdoor and closed areas for small children.

Beautiful and impeccable accommodation, it has everything you need so you don't have to leave the condominiums, we had a very pleasant and relaxing vacation. Communication with Liliana is excellent, she's always available to answer any questions. We'd love to stay here again, I recommend it.
