Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Punta Santiago

Angel was an amazing host from start to finish! He was extremely attentive friendly and responsive. The location is well maintained and was perfect for us! Already referred his house to a few family and friends! We had such an amazing time, we can’t wait to go back already! Phenomenal host highly recommend!

Loved the view! We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio overlooking the water and the trees. The bed was really comfortable, and the AC felt great! We enjoyed our stay. Kimberly (who manages it) was very communicative, kind, and helpful!

This is my second time staying at Heather's and it was just as great as the first time! Natalia was incredibly responsive and the place was perfect. Having the house right across from such a beautiful, quiet beach was ideal. It was also super close to El Yunque and the bioluminescent bay. Could not recommend this place enough!

We had an amazing trip! Everything was beautiful between the place itself & the area it is in. They even sent us a list of some places so we knew what we had around. We never needed for anything because of that. ❤️ thank you it was a beautiful stay!

John was extremely responsive and gave thorough directions and recommendations prior to arriving. The apartment is a short walk to the beaches and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful. Neighbors are very friendly and it is a welcoming community. A short drive to the rainforest, but staying for the area and is worth it alone. An overall peaceful stay!

What a great place to stay! We were in town for 2 days and the location was great! Beautiful view of the ocean, pool, and safe building area! Kids slept on the hid away couch and found it very comfortable. The hosts were great to communicate with and were very helpful! Highly recommend this place to stay!

The house and location was perfect for our family week stay! The house had everything for meals and walking distance to restaurants and beach. Enjoyed the back patio and the lovely natural landscape. We rented this AirBB while we searched for a home to buy on the east coast. Ironically, the home we purchased is literally down the same street in Verde Mar, and the same model/floorplan as this AirBB. We loved this home, the neighborhood, and the proximity to the beach and essential services/stores/resturants so much, that we bought one of our own !!! 🤣 Johanna and Elizabeth have been absolutely wonderful, check on us to make sure all is good, and ask if we need anything, etc. The house is darling ! Typical smaller size home in Puerto Rico, but fit our family of three and dogs just fine. In full honesty here, I actually inquired if the house was available for sale, because we loved it so much. It wasnt, but we found one with the same floorplan a few doors down, that we hope to make as nice as this AirBB in time. I usually dont write reviews, as I usually am not impressed with people, products, or services, so to write this review means more than you know. Love it here !

4th time in PR & This was a short and solo stay. Loved the place and how close it was to everything! Auribelle was very helpful with the check in and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here next time I visit. Always respect the island the people❤️

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s a little slice of paradise. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it’s extremely private. The porches and pool area make you feel like you are at your own resort. The location is close to anything you might want to do in the east side of the island and Kevin provides a manual with excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities etc. We took advantage of so many but also used the well equipped kitchen and grills to eat in. The beach gear and towels were appreciated as were the washer/dryer. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Kevin was extremely responsive. Our family of 6 travelers, ages 13-74, had an awesome week!

We had an amazing stay!! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone. The place itself was very clean, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood, it was pretty quiet. Really appreciated Glenda's responsiveness to any of our questions and really appreciated her recommendations as well, would definitely stay here again!

Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! Un lugar tranquilo donde pude disfrutar con mi famila. El apartamento bien cómodo con todo lo que uno necesita y más. La seguridad del lugar y su personal es excelente y muy amables. Nunca tuve problemas de comunicación con los anfitriones y el lugar nos encantó. Se pasa muy bien en la terraza de arriba siempre y cuando con mucha discreción ya que el lugar es bien silencioso. En fin, muy recomendado.

this is a beautiful oceanfront property. there are beaches where you can layout nearby but this place is oceanfront and walkable in the morning to find seaglass, shells and sand dollars.

Eric was very responsive and helpful. He was on top of sending me the check in instructions and check out instructions. The Airbnb itself is beautiful and perfect for a couple of days. The private beach access closes at 6pm which was inconvenient but that is my only complaint as we had to walk all the way around. It’s a good spot if you plan on visiting El Yunque and Fajardo. Safe area and people are really nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, clean Airbnb that’s perfectly suited for two adults and a toddler. The space was just the right size for us, and the highlight was definitely the stunning views of the beach from the spacious balcony—such a special touch! The location is fantastic: just a short walk/drive to great restaurants, grocery stores, and with super easy beach access. The swimming pool was an added bonus, and the property even had beach essentials, which made our trips to the beaches even more convenient. Ida was truly exceptional—she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our vacation and went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. She even called to check in on us during our stay and provided helpful suggestions for local beaches and restaurants. We felt so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway!
