Monthly Rentals in Punta Villa

Valentina is such a wonderful and communicative host. I really liked staying at her place, it was central and just a few steps away from the marina. There is a problem with humidity in the house (maybe only during the colder season, I’d assume that it’s better during summer) but there is AC and a radiator that can help regulate this issue.

We spent 2 nights at Sabrina's, the accommodation is impeccable and located close to beautiful beaches, and far from the crowds. Our hosts welcomed us very well and were very attentive to us we highly recommend it

Our stay at La Maddalena was very pleasant and entertaining. The city is beautiful, in a breathtaking setting with very beautiful activities to do in the area. The house is located in a quiet environment and in the center of the island. It has everything you need to be comfortable. The outdoor layout is simply extraordinary. I would recommend it in a second.

We stayed in this villa for just a few days (unfortunately), and from the very first moment, we felt like we were in a truly special place. The sense of peace is absolute: surrounded by nature, far from the chaos, yet with every possible comfort at your fingertips. The garden is a little oasis — private and perfect for relaxing with a book or simply listening to the sound of the sea. The view rewards every moment spent in this home. One of the most beautiful parts of the day? Walking down in flip-flops to the private pier for a dip in the blue, without ever needing to take the car. It’s a rare kind of luxury that made us feel like we had our own little bay. The panoramic terrace is a dream: the morning light and the colors of the sunset change every day, and they are always spectacular.
