Cabana sits on the edge of a canyon with black squirrels, coatimundi, agouti and heaps of birds. It's quite peaceful, classically rustic and fairly private. Has a porch, one bathroom, electric hot water tank, yard and parking for one car. Includes WiFi and shared washer/dryer. No smoking in the Casita, small pets will be considered upon inquiry. 25 minute walk to town, taxis are $3. If you come from/go to main road at stairs it should be $1. An absolutely majestic location with a phenomenal staff and amazing food! We can't speak highly enough about Michelle & our new friends. This location is a seaside-oasis tailored for escape. The bungalows are tranquil, a scerene seascape. At any given time you are treated like old friends, laughing, learning about the food, the farm, the culture. The beds and amenities are all A+ too! Do yourself a favor and visit De la Luna!!

Bay Of The Floating Palms - Beach Front Home

We spent 7 nights here in early June (rainy season). Overall, we had a really amazing experience and would come back! The house is beautiful - just like the photos. We were worried about mosquitos but they weren't a big deal - the beds all have nice mosquito nets. My main critique: the beach immediately in front of the house that you see in the photos doesn't match reality - which was a little disappointing. There's a sea wall between the house and water and the sand has all been washed away and has some trash there. Not as pristine as the photos. That said, just to the left of the house is a long, beautiful beach with almost no one around. What else: The nearby indigenous village - Salt creek - and locals we met were amazing. Probably the best part of the whole experience. The tours / boat rides were really fun, but are expensive - make sure you discuss prices before you go. The family that meets you is awesome and around all the time if you need anything. We really enjoyed it!

I stayed at this house for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is large, comfortable, peaceful and is very well-stocked with everything you could need. It also has a very large and pretty garden with a large terrace wrapped around the house. The centre of Boquete is only a 10 minute drive away. The hosts were even kind enough to leave bowls of candy out for our arrival, which were gratefully consumed ! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The photos do not do this beautiful house justice. It is gorgeous and beautifully decorated and kept. The views are incredible, lots of extras like kayaks, snorkels and masks, and fresh eggs from the chickens on the property! Don't think about it, book it!
