Villa Sirene is located directly on the beach of the Binz beach promenade in a central, quiet location between the Baltic Sea beach (about 10 m away) and the spa park (about 10 m) and 200 m from the pier. The villa is a motif in many illustrated books and Rügen films and is today one of the most magnificent white villas from the imperial era on the 3.2 km long beach promenade.

Zur Ausstattung gehören ein separates Schlafzimmer, ein modernes Bad sowie ein großzügiger Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener Küchenzeile.

Geniesse unseren großzügigen, Neubaukomfort unter Reet in einem einzigartigen grossen Garten nahe der Rosenstadt Putbus. Den Natursee am Haus, den Naturstrand in Lauterbach, die Gastronomie des Hotels nebenan, und auch die Nähe zu Stralsund. Wohne bei uns auf Zeit, oder verbringe wundervolle Ferien in der unberührten Natur und geniesse die Strände , auch im Winter.Übrigens ist unsere Wohnung barrierefrei und es gibt einen komfortablen Aufzug im Haus. Wir freuen uns auf unsere Gäste.

Der Bungalow ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, eine Sommerküche auf der Terrasse und einen Kamin. Im Garten steht eine Feuerstelle für gemütliche Abende. Die Hafenstadt Stralsund und die Insel Rügen sind bequem erreichbar. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ostsee-Erkundungen.
