Wonderful stay in Olbia! The breakfast buffet was rich and varied. Simonetta was very helpful and hospitable. I would definitely stay there again next time!

Wir haben uns auf unserer Hochzeitsreise befunden und unsere letzte Station bei Emilio und Giancarlo eingelegt. Was soll ich sagen: Es war schönste und herzlichste Erlebnis, das wir in unserem fast dreiwöchigen Sardinienurlaub hatten. Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft und genau wie beschrieben. Eine herrliche Ruhe umgibt das Haus und man hat einen unheimlich schönen Panoramablick! Was aber wirklich einzigartig ist, ist die Herzlichkeit der beiden Gastgeber Emilio und Giancarlo! Wir haben uns so gefühlt, als ob wir bei guten Freunden sind. Jeden Abend haben wir in sehr guter Gesellschaft die Kochkünste von Giancarlo genossen und sind morgens mit einem guten Frühstück in den Tag gestartet! WUNDERBAR 😉 Lieber Emilio, lieber Giancarlo, wir sind sehr dankbar, euch kennengelernt zu haben und sind uns sicher, dass wir uns in der Zukunft wieder sehen! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso nell’alloggio di Donatella! Lei è una persona davvero speciale: molto carina, umana e simpatica, sempre disponibile e accogliente. L’alloggio è perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista: immerso nella natura, tranquillo e silenzioso, ideale per rilassarsi e staccare la spina. Gli interni sono arredati con gusto e grande cura, tutto è pulitissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli. Un piccolo angolo di paradiso… consigliatissimo! Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Ich hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit uns habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles hat gut geklappt, die ruhige Umgebung, der ringsum weite Blick, die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar.

Beata ist eine sehr höfliche und freundliche gastgeberin. die zimmer war sauber und sie war immer verfügbar um spontane wünsche zu erfüllen (zmbspl messer und teller am abend zu haben, danke dafür:-). ich kann nur weiter empfehlen.!

Vraiment magnifique, la maison est impeccable dans un secteur tranquille à proximité de Porto Rotondo où l’on retrouve restaurant et petits commerces. Aussi, à environ 11km de Olbia, facile d’accès. Mais au delà de l’extraordinaire maison il y a l’accueil chaleureux, bienveillant et attentionné des hôtes qui nous ont fournis des renseignements sur les meilleurs restos, épicerie etc. Nous avons vécu un moment difficile lors d’un accident malheureux avec blessure, toutefois nous ne pouvions avoir meilleur endroit pour nous reposer et de profiter de ce superbe environnement. Un renseignement que nous n’avions pas est que l’eau n’est pas potable à plusieurs endroits en Sardaigne, donc assurez-vous d’acheter de l’eau embouteillée avant d’arriver. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.

The view and home photos are accurate. It is decorated so cute and has an incredible view. The porch is a magical place to sit. If those are your two priorities you will be very pleased with this rental. The owners are helpful and respond to any messages quickly. There are some things to consider to make sure this rental is for you. First it is up a narrow road that climbs a bit and parking the car you must be confident to get it turned around on a tight road to enter the parking spot. Eleonara is wonderful and met us there our first time to show us where to park and explain everything. The kitchen does not have a microwave or dishwasher. We made a lot of food on the gas stove and hand washed dishes. There is a convection oven on the counter but it was faster to use a frying pan for us. As can be customary in Italy there is a washer but no clothes dryer so be prepared to dry your clothes outside on the line or bring enough clothes for your stay. All in all a wonderful week!
