An ancient exterior, a modern interior. Our house was built on the ancient fortification wall of the Abbey. These 12th century walls are a feature throughout the house, and keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. All rooms have plenty of natural light, quality furniture, and all the homely comforts you need on your holiday. Only a 5 minute stroll to the river, 1 minute to bakeries and the village centre. The 11th century Abbey is behind our house, so only a short walk to go and explore.

Sightseeing in the south of Corrèze (Collonges-la-Rouge, Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne ...) and the north of the Lot (Rocamadour, Padirac sinkhole...) nearby. Beautiful hikes nearby. In summer, swimming, canoeing or paddle boarding 10 km away.

This charming house (classified as 3* furnished tourism) typical of the half-timbered houses has been renovated by us. You'll be just a 5-minute drive to the center of Beaulieu, its shops and access to the Dordogne (2.5 km).

Come visit the CORRÈZE, close to the LOT and the DORDOGNE, Take a little break... in the countryside, 30 km from BRIVE and 34 km from TULLE. For 2 nights, a week, a month... Our small house is located on the edge of the village of PUY D'ARNAC, right next to a farmhouse (without large animals). You can visit nearby: the caves of Presque, the Neanderthal man, Collonges-la-Rouge, the dams, the zoo of Gramat, the abyss of Padirac, the rock of the eagles, etc.

We do not live on the property; the nearest neighbors are about 200 meters away, and the adjoining house is not occupied.

A quiet place nested in the gorgeous area of the well-known Dordogne river valley. With an illimited access to a very large swimming pool near the garden and your private "beach" .
