This peaceful 63 m2 accommodation located 500 m from the Canal Latéral de la Garonne will offer you a beautiful 35 m2 living space with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave...), a shower room and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, two bright bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. The rental overlooks the pool, which is shared with our house and heated in the early season. Parking in the back, small outdoor area in front of the pool.

All opening onto an outdoor terrace.
