Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

On the first floor of the building, admire the mountain view and some of Sahorre's rooftops from the windows of this fully renovated apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, opens to living room. Connected TV. Netflix. Pellet stove. Balneotherapy bathtub, with hydromassage jets and chromotherapy spot to enjoy a relaxing bath alone or as a couple. Attic bedroom with 2 double beds: 160 x 200 and 180 x 200 Office/Study Linens (sheets, towels, tea towels) included in the rental price.

PLEASE NOTE: NO JACUZZI BUT A SAUNA (6pm/9pm; €12 per session) Pool ONLY between 06/01 and 09/30, bookings only from Saturday to Saturday during this period (1 week minimum).

Attention: L'entrée de l'immeuble est vétuste, sa rénovation est prévue et a commencé. L'apartement de 28m2 dans un petit immeuble, parking gratuit (hors saison) devant l'entrée. L'appartement est très calme avec vue sur les montagnes et les arbres verts. Il y a un grand lit de 200x200 et un canapé de 120x180. Situé dans la rue principale,près de la place centrale et de l'office du tourisme.
