Excellent stay in the middle of birds and trees. Very clean house, well equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils, barbecue and sun loungers in the greenery.

Youri was a great host – always available, helpful, and very reliable. The house itself is simply fantastic: super equipped, well maintained and in the perfect location. We were there with eight people and everything was just right – enough space for everyone, a fully equipped kitchen and a great ambiance. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended!

Very functional and pleasant house. Improvements have been made: new door frames, kitchen utensils. The setting is great: very well located, river next door, typical interior of cauterets.

A house where you feel very quickly at home, there is everything you need to cook, it is not too far from the beach and you can also quickly do food shopping by car. It's very quiet, you can eat outside on the terrace and there is a garden to dry your laundry. It was perfect.

Sandra's place was perfect for a week-long stay with two young children. The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. The house is perfectly located for visiting the area while being quiet and enjoying the beach. Thanks to Sandra who was very available to facilitate our stay.

The accommodation is charming and ideally located next to the pediment, with many restaurants and unspoiled beaches nearby. We loved the balcony and the distribution of the rooms.

Beautiful home in an amazing location, central but quiet, close to the surf but also restaurants and shops. The property is very spacious, comfortable, perfect for families, everything is thought of. Boris's house is perfect for discovering Biarritz. A 20-minute walk from the center and the seaside. With a terrace to enjoy the sun from breakfast to dinner. The kitchen is well equipped. And impeccable cleaning!

We stayed in this place which is very comfortable for 4 days with the family and we were able to enjoy the hot tub and sauna. A real plus.

House very well adapted for 8 people and very well equipped. There's nothing missing! Everything was as described. Marie is very responsive! The little extra: the very pleasant Spa located in a very well thought-out garden.

Simon was there to give us the keys, and also met with us when we checked out. He gave us some great ideas on restaurants and places to hike. When we had a question, he was very responsive. I highly recommend this place, and Simon, since it was as advertised, clean, in a great location, and a friendly and knowledgeable host. Even though we don't speak any French, Simon's was able to effectively communicate with us. The apartment is in a very old building that has been nicely restored and has special character with wooden beams, etc.

A particularly considerate host who is very attentive . Small gifts upon arrival were even waiting for us the dogs were given a gift . Bedding at the top of the amenities as well . The only thing to fix is the TV which didn't work for a week without a TV in the evening can be long but that's the only downside . I recommend 200% thank you RUTH

Patricia is a very responsive and warm hostess. The accommodation is impeccable and the terrace/garden is really nice. The house is tastefully decorated which makes you feel like you're on vacation inside :-)
