This is one of 4 apartments in this castle of the 14th century. The castle is well situated in between the town of Canet on one side and Perpignan on the other. This is the perfect place for those seeking calm and relaxation. But as a consequence, I would recommend having a car, even though there is a bus stop only 200m from the house. You'll be only 5min drive from the closest beach of Canet and its thalassotherapy, also close to Ste Marie, Toreilles, Barcares. And at the same time, it is only 10 min drive from Perpignan downtown, and from the golf of St Cyprien. If you need to go shopping, there are 2 shopping malls at only 5 min drive from the castle. This is a 60 m2 apartment with a huge window toward the Canigou. The apartment consists of a big living space with high ceilings. There is a convertible couch in the main room, a double bed in the bedroom and large shower. And for those not willing to waste too much time cleaning, there is an automatic dishwasher in the kitchen, and the washing-machine is in a closet. The cleaning fees include providing of sheets and towels. Yet, if you wish to bring your own, you should let me know at the time of the booking. I will then take off 30 euros from the total of the rental. The swimming pool and its surroundings, with the hammocks are shared areas for all guests. While there is a terrace/patio for each apartment with its own fireplace in front of each apartment. The Mas Miraflors is located in Perpignan, very close to the beaches of Canet, Toreilles, Barcares... We are attached to a winery, and therefore surrounded by vineyards. The proximity to two roads is in no way an inconvenience, the place remains very relaxing and quiet, because on a knoll surrounded by a wooded park. This location allows you to enjoy easy access to the beaches but also to the city center of Perpignan. In addition, from the swimming pool area, we enjoy a magnificent view of the Canigou.

This listing is for two homes located in the same castle. The rental of the 2 accommodations makes it possible to privatize not only these 2 accommodations but also the main courtyard of the castle. The pool is shared with the other cottages, which are on the other side of the castle. The swimming pool is away from the castle, and is surrounded by a large wooded area.

This rental actually corresponds to 2 accommodations with a maximum capacity of 16 people. Both are in the same farmhouse. The first and largest is 180m²with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including 2 adjoining the bedrooms. The smallest is 60m² with a bedroom and a sde adjoining the room.
