Charming, fully equipped village house in elegant and vintage style, located in Saint-Hippolyte, quiet in a cul-de-sac in the heart of the Catalan countryside. 10 min from the beaches and the Christmas village, 40 min from Spain and 1h15 from the mountains. Between sea, pond and unspoiled nature, discover a region rich in landscapes and flavors. We also offer 1 seafood platter to facilitate your stay. A wine cellar will be at your disposal. You will find a grocery store and bakery 50 m away.

In the heart of the village, in a townhouse from 1872, you will discover a covered outdoor area, with private spa, living room and summer kitchen with barbecue and dining area. A multimedia lounge with video projector and surround sound system equipped with a sofa (sleeps 2), a living room for 6 people, and an integrated kitchen. Both bedrooms are upstairs, one with a large bed and large screen TV, the other with a double bed. 2 toilets, 1 bathroom. The house has reversible air conditioning.
