This sweet place is so quiet and peaceful and perfect for getting away from the noise of OIa itself. It's a challenging climb up and down the path (or a wait for the water taxi), but it is ultimately worth it for the peace. Listening to the ocean as it laps against the shoreline is soothing to soul. You can dip your toes in or walk a short way for a swim. The restaurant next door does not intrude on the quietness and the food is world class. Make sure you get a reservation as soon as possible!!! The host was very helpful - even through flight scheduling mishaps - and always willing to jump in with some help or a recommendation. If you're looking for a place off the beaten path where you can rest and recharge, this is the place!!!

Nous avons passés 10 jours dans cette maison à 2, la maison est au coeur du centre, à 10-15 min des plages à pieds, toutes les activités/sorties sont accessibles à proximité mais l'emplacement reste cependant très agréable et très calme, Chora est magnifique, Ios aussi, et l'hôte Tatiana est absolument géniale, on a même eu la chance d'avoir une petite visite de l'île à notre arrivée avec pleisn de bons conseils pour profiter de Ios le plus possible. Je ne peux que vous recommander de prendre des vacances chez Tatiana dans cette superbe maison pour découvrir la Grèce, Merci pour tout Tatiana ❤️🇬🇷

Séjour absolument idyllique dans cette petite maison cycladique. Elle est simplement impeccable, petite mais comporte tout ce qui est nécessaire, et offre une vue imprenable depuis le lit dont il est impossible de se lasser. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, largement à la hauteur de nos attentes et nous y reviendrons pour sûr. Il faut seulement prévoir un moyen de locomotion (ce que nous n'avions pas) ou acheter tout le nécessaire avant d'arriver car il est impossible de faire ses courses à pieds et il n'y a pas de transports publics. Merci beaucoup Lambros !

Wir wurden herzlich von Daniella begrüßt, die uns Alles gezeigt hat. Zimmer und Einrichtung entsprechen den Bildern, die Kochnische war ausreichend ausgestattet für Steak und Risotto. Im Kühlschrank war neben einer Minibar genügend Platz für eigene Einkäufe. Weiterhin stand eine kleine Nespressomaschine zur Verfügung. Der Ausblick auf den Pool war tagsüber traumhaft und abends mit Beleuchtung magisch! Viel Zeit haben wir trotzdem nicht dort verbracht, da der Strand lediglich 150 m entfernt war. Das Haus war stabil; auch bei stärkerem Wind hat nichts geklappert. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Alles in allem können wir nur Gutes über unseren Urlaub hier berichten und sind einfach rundum glücklich :)

A beautiful place in Mandrakia! Maria was lovely and met us at the house, and left some food and toiletries for our stay. The space is even more beautiful than it looks in the photos, and it was quiet and clean. Mandrakia is a very special place to stay for a slower paced base close to everything on the island.

We had a glorious two weeks at Niko's place. For the first time at AirBNB it felt like we're were guests at a friends home. All of the promised essentials were provided in generous quantities - Niko's home grown fruit and veg were a particular treat and provided in such generous quantities that we couldn't eat them all. The place is simple but with all the equipment that you could need. The terrace a delight to enjoy the sun and the bathing spot a treat. Niko has landscaped a most wonderful extended garden which made the whole property just beautiful!

We stayed at Bernard and George’s place for five days in August, and we absolutely loved it! The accommodation was clean, cozy, and quiet. The shared outdoor kitchen worked perfectly, and the communal spaces were overall fantastic. Despite the shared pool and kitchen, there was plenty of privacy. The place is even better in real life than in the pictures! Bernard and George were brilliant hosts—so generous and full of great recommendations for the area. We definitely recommend it! Thank you!

Bora harika bir ev sahibi! İletişimi çok hızlı ve yardımcıydı. Konakladığımız yer temiz, düzenli ve tam fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Her şey sorunsuz geçti, keyifli bir deneyimdi. Tekrar yolum düşerse kesinlikle tercih ederim. Teşekkürler Bora!

Şehrin gürültüsünden uzaklaşıp biraz kafa dinleyelim diye geldik ama beklentimizin çok üstünde bir deneyim yaşadık. Bu tiny house hem inanılmaz tatlı hem de banyosundan mutfağına kadar her şey düşünülmüş; neye ihtiyacımız olduysa elimizin altındaydı. Konumu da harika, sessizliğe doyduktan sonra 10 dakikada Alaçatı’ya ya da Çeşme’ye kaçabiliyorsunuz. Ama açıkçası çoğu zaman evden çıkmak bile istemedik çünkü ortam öyle huzurlu ve keyifliydi ki. Ev sahibimiz de her konuda çok ilgiliydi, daha gelmeden tüm detayları bizimle paylaştı ve tatil boyunca her şey pürüzsüz geçti. Kısacası dört dörtlük bir dinlenme tatili oldu, her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz!

Πολυ εξυπηρετική η οικοδέσποινα, σε πολυ καλο σημειο και ο χωρος ηταν πανέμορφος και καθαρός! Μεγαλη ευκολια που ειχε δικο του πάρκινγκ!

We had a lovely stay at the Petros and Clives Shepherds Hut. They provided a very warm welcome and gave local recommendations. the location is stunning and private. It was a perfect place to disconnect. Looks better than the photos. All furnishings were great quality and very comfortable! We will be back. Thank you for the hospitality! Dave and Dezzie

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende bei Efi in Porto Rafti! Sie hat uns mit offenen Armen empfangen und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen oder Bedürfnisse hatten. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, mit allem notwendigen Zubehör, um leckere Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und süß eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Efi war sehr herzlich und hat uns viele nützliche Tipps für unsere Zeit in Porto Rafti gegeben. Wir können die Unterkunft und die Gastgeberin nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn du nach einem perfekten Strandurlaub suchst, bist du hier genau richtig!

Le meilleur hébergement lors de notre périple de 4 semaines dans le Péloponnèse, avec un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé (ça change des boites à clés…). Disponibilité totale. Merci à Avva qui s’est occupé de notre linge (lavage et … séchage)..Merci à Mennelaos pour son aide au remplacement de notre roue crevée. Cerise sur le gâteau, la mer au pied du jardin, et le site d’Olympie à une trentaine de minutes en voiture. À réserver sans modération.

Staying here was an incredible once in a lifetime experience. Agios georgios is a spectacular little cove with beautiful emerald rock and crystal clear water. We loved waking up and having the entire cove to ourselves. The off grid elements of the residence have their quirks, boiling the kettle would sometimes turn the power off for a minute or so. But for us, the feeling of solitude was so worth it. The space is small but beautifully designed, and we spent most of our days outside anyway. The kitchenette is enough to cook a very small meal, but we mostly went out to eat. Also the Starlink internet connection was very good. We hired a 4wd, the road in needed it. Which also meant we could drive in to town to dine, our favourite place to eat ‘Under the Palm Tree’ was only 12 min drive.

Amazing air bnb in the perfect location. Very clean and comfortable, right on the beach! Morning swims straight from bed. In a good location to get to the port, chora and nearby beaches. Very relaxing and would highly recommend!

The studio is awesome, a relaxing and peacefull place to spend your time. Peter showed us the way to easily get there. We rented a scooter and were able to make the trip. The studio has everything you need and the kitchen is well equiped. Peter was really kind, toughtfull and available. His recommandations were usefull and exact. We enjoy talking with him, it was a pleasure to meet such a wonderful person. Greatly recommended!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Milis House! It was conveniently located not too far from main villages all while being able to enjoy the serenity of the countryside. The highlight of our stay was definitely the little goodies prepared with love by our hosts (delicious zucchini fritters and foccaccia!) and constant replenishing of little items in the kitchen. The house itself is adjacent to another house but gives enough privacy to enjoy a sundowner drink or nice lunch outside! To be honest, the house is even better than on the pictures, it has all of the amenities you could ask for a short stay and super cute vibe. Our hosts were quick, responsive and accomodating. Very grateful for this experience in Milos and highly recommend :)

had such a lovely stay at eleni’s place. comfortable spot, especially for a solo traveler looking to hop around the island during the day as i did. close to the buses which made it easy to get around. eleni was fabulous host and very communicative throughout. well recommended!

J’ai passé un séjour formidable grâce à Alina. C’était mon tout premier voyage en solo, et elle a vraiment contribué à le rendre exceptionnel ! Elle a été incroyablement réactive, attentionnée, toujours disponible, et prenait de mes nouvelles chaque jour tout en partageant de précieux conseils pour découvrir l’île. La maison était absolument parfaite : calme, très propre, lumineuse, décorée avec goût et bien équipée. J’ai adoré la terrasse pour lire et prendre mon petit-déjeuner au soleil, ainsi que la localisation idéale à quelques minutes de la plage, des bus et des restaurants. Je me suis sentie en sécurité, sereine et bien entourée tout au long du séjour. Je ne pouvais pas rêver d’une meilleure hôte ni d’un endroit plus doux pour cette aventure en solo. Merci encore pour tout Alina ! ☺️

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, ιδανικός για δύο άτομα, σε όμορφη και ήσυχη περιοχή με ιδιωτικότητα και επαφή με τη φύση. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένος και μπορεί να ικανοποιήσει κάθε ανάγκη. Ταιριάζει απόλυτα με τις φωτογραφίες και μάλιστα τις ξεπερνάει. Σε πολύ βολική περιοχή για να επισκεφτείτε όλες τις βόρειες παραλίες του νησού και με πολύ καλά εστιατόρια σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Το καλύτερο όλων όμως είναι η Τίνα και ο Ρόμπερτ που μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας, μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε και μέρος της όμορφης οικογένειάς τους. Από πολύ καλές οδηγίες και προτάσεις μέχρι κι ένα βράδυ παρέα που δεν θα το ξεχάσουμε ποτέ. Είναι πάνω από όλα ΑΝΘΡΩΠΟΙ και ταιριάζουν στην ξεχωριστή ενέργεια του νησιού. Μετά χαράς θα επιστρέφαμε και στο ίδιο αλλά και στα υπόλοιπα καταλύματά τους.

Πολύ ομορφο, καθαρό σπίτι με πολύ ωραία αυλή, ιδανική για τη διαμονή μας με τα παιδία!!! Πολλοί καλοί, ευγενικοί κ πρόθυμοι ιδιόκτητες... Σίγουρα σε επομένη επίσκεψη μας στα Κύθηρα, θα επιδιώξουμε να μείνουμε πάλι εκεί κ το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im liebevoll eingerichteten kleinen Steinhaus mit herrlichem Blick über das Meer und die Landschaft. Es war ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen auf der Insel Tinos. In der Nähe hat es viele tolle Badestrände. Obwohl Ende Oktober bereits viele Tavernen geschlossen waren, störte uns das nicht, da wir im Haus gut kochen konnten. Unsere Gastgeber empfingen uns herzlich und kümmerten sich liebevoll um uns, stets bereit, bei Fragen oder Wünschen zu helfen. Vielen Dank für die großartige Zeit auf Tinos!

È stata una bellissima vacanza. Abbiamo soggiornato al cottage otto notti ma ci saremmo voluti stare molti di più. Un angolo di paradiso dove riposarsi e ritrovare un po' se stessi immersi nella natura e con la compagnia di gatti, cani e di un magnifico assiolo. Grazie di cuore Dora.
