Beachfront holiday rental in Qualicum Beach

Absolutely stunning location - saw loads of wildlife from the terrace, and an amazing view over the water. Property was also very well supplied with a super modern kitchen and ample bed and bath space. Will be back!

Had a wonderful stay, our pups had a great time, just walked across the street and we were on the beach. The road in front is a dead end with more people walking on it than cars! Wonderful view out the bank of windows - even saw a Black Bear early one morning walk down the driveway. Place was well stocked and exactly what a rustic cottage should be.

My husband and I stayed here for a relaxing anniversary weekend with our dog and we had such a great time. The suite was clean, well laid out, and comfortable. Dean and Amanda were lovely hosts and we felt right at home. Not to mention the beautiful view from the patio. The easy access to the beach allowed us to walk down with our dog for a peaceful evening stroll. Overall, we had a fantastic time staying here and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family hoping to visit Gibsons. Thanks Amanda and Dean!

This spot is so beautiful. It has everything. The view is amazing, there’s a work out room, kayaks, hot tub, trampoline. We hope to return !

Lovely peaceful place with stunning views!Loved watching the many eagles, we even saw dolphins, otters and a seal. You could hear the waves and the breeze in the trees. There was a bear down by the rocky beach 2 days but Margo and Pat would send us a notice when they saw it on their shed security camera at the shore. Margo and pat live above the suite and are quick to respond to any questions. It was very clean and we enjoyed the fire table late evenings. The yard is beautiful and they obviously take a lot of pride in their Airbnb for their guests. We would definitely stay here again! 🥰

Gill and Sue are fantastic hosts, they are very friendly, responsive, helpful and proactive in their communication. Their cabin is just fantastic and located within a beautiful area, literallyon the beach front. "Sleeping under the stars" was a very apecial treat. When we can, we will definately be back. Lisa’s cottage was just beautiful. Lisa had thought of everything and has really made sure that the cottage is well equipped with everything you need for a great stay.

A great place to get away from a busy daily agenda. Everything a person needs. Close to a beach so you could either walk to or a quick drive and then sit back and relax. A real plus was the ability to do laundry.

This was a perfect place to stay while we were visiting Vancouver Island. The location made it easy to explore other areas of the Island as a day trip. The condo itself is situated right across from the pool and hot tub as well as the beach trail which we were able to enjoy while we were staying. Overall, the condo is equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay and the host was easy to contact and responded quickly. I would recommend this airbnb!

We had such a great stay, what a beautiful place! The surrounding area was very scenic and peaceful with lots to do nearby. Melissa is a wonderful host! She was quick to respond, very friendly, super helpful & accommodating! I would highly recommend her air bnb, it was such a lovely place to stay and I wouldn’t definitely go back! Enjoyed the privacy of the unit and the beauty of Pacific Shores Resort. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes and pots and pans. Heidi communicated well with good information.

We had a great time. The pool and hot tub were perfect, and the cabin is cute. The setting is amazing and Sally and Dale were very helpful and nice. This is the perfect little vacation for a family with young children - it felt like a tropical vacation when we were in the pool in May. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment with a really nice unobstructed sea view. Everything just like in the photos, clean and lots of natural light. I really enjoyed the beautiful bathroom…very nicely done. The bed is huge and very comfy as well. The view from the rooms and balconies is exceptional and really lovely. The whole property is really nice and well maintained. Especially enjoyed the bbq areas and fireplaces in the common areas. Communication was very good and check in instructions easy and clear. Overall we had a lovely stay and I would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the sea and nature of Vancouver Island. You would definitely need a car there, as there is not so much to do in a walking distance. Closes town is approx. 5 - 10 min. Drive. Ferry in Nanaimo about 20-30 minutes. Very convenient!

Staying with Chelsea’s place was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and lots of activities to do. We are planning to go back next year. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location!! Talk about waterfront, you are literally on top of the water 😊 We saw many seals and otters, geese and even Eagles on the beach eating their fish. The sound of the waves and the ocean lapping on the rocks… and the refreshing scent of the beautiful ocean air. The caretakers, Tani and her Husband were very nice and accommodating. This was a comfortable, lovely space. It is right on the beach. It was easy to access and we let ourselves in and checked out. Clean, comfortable and a great vacation getaway.

Tania’s cabin felt like going home, but with the added bonus of being located on a beautiful, private section of lake overlooking provincial park land. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to enjoy the lake and nearby trail systems. Directly behind the cabin is a steep, paved pathway down to the dock and beach - both were hands down the highlight of our stay - spacious and set up for relaxing, while also acting as a launch point for paddle boards and kayaks. The cabin was also incredibly comfortable for our dogs - Tania added thoughtful touches just for them including comfy beds, treats, and towels. I especially appreciated the large, working grill on the back deck overlooking the water. This made meal prep easy and an absolute joy. We will be back!

Michelle has created a custom retreat with plenty to enjoy. You are surrounded by elevated pieces all while feeling comfortably one with the space. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, and the tub was so nice I used it twice during our short stay. Our girls felt the magic of their sleeping quarters, using the desk, cozy reading nook and the canvas tie backs for the bed area with joy. We were well greeted and given a lovely rundown of the ins and out of the beautiful space. A special experience was had by all. Perfect for our family of four. This was our last stop on a multi-legged tour of the eastern side of the island. A haven between hikes, markets, and secondhand bookstores, I am so glad I booked last. True RnR.

What a hidden treasure! The scenery was unreal, and so peaceful! We had an absolutely amazing and memorable family vacation. This house has everything you could need, from paper towels to measuring cups, and they even had a little dog food and bags. The fully fenced side yard was amazing to have for our dogs. With the beach just steps away, it was magical! Lots of wildlife spotted also, seal lions, eagles…just wow. We will definitely be back. Also, Erika was so quick to respond and very accomodating. Loved everything!

We are a family of four and we had a wonderful stay at John and Wendy’s. The suite was very well stocked and the hosts went out of their way to make our arrival comfortable with drinks and snacks. There were lots of games and books to entertain the kids. The location was fabulous, literally across the road from the beach where the kids built shops out of driftwood. We would love to come back!
