Holiday rentals with lake access in Quảng Nam

I literally went on a luxury family trip haha The view of the river was picturesque, and the interior was very luxurious like a new house. It was also snowy. It was a three-story structure, and it was a 4-bedroom, so it was very comfortable with privacy without having to blush with each other. The pool was also scary and clean, so I came to play in the water with my son and nephews. Above all, the pickup car is also luxurious, and the host also recognized all the tours, so it's the best because you feel like you're being treated like a full course.... There was nothing missing from Dyson Drying, kitchen utensils, bidets, etc., and it was the best because they lent us children's items.If you have children and are thinking of a family trip, please make a reservation unconditionally....

We had a wonderful time at Hieu's place. It's located a little bit further from the town centre, but we knew it, and it was one of the reasons we chose it. It's very peaceful here. The place is close to rice fields, with mostly residential buildings and few homestays around. You can spot grazing buffalos from the rooftop :) We rented a bike and were able to go anywhere easily – in Hoi An pretty much everything is within 10-15min drive. The apartment itself is very spacious and well-kept. We had everything we needed here, and the place was cleaned thoroughly every week. One of the highlights of this place is the huge rooftop! Hieu and Thuong were very friendly and helpful – from arranging the driver to pick us up from the train station in Da Nang, to local tailors recommendation :) We highly recommend this place. If we are ever back in Hoi An, we will surely try to stay here again! Thank you Hieu and Thuong!

What a gem! The house is huge and beautiful. It stays nice and cool on hot days and has everything you could possibly need! Quang is an amazing host. Kind and attentive. He greeted us with a welcome drink and organized bikes for us. He even found a little kid’s bike for our daughter. The location is perfect - it’s very quiet but the old town and many restaurants are in walking distance. You’ll be living in a typical Vietnamese neighborhood but it’s only a few steps to all the major tourist spots. We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

Staying at Thuy’s home was a relaxing and restorative experience. We felt immediately at ease amongst the rice fields slowly being harvested throughout our stay. We were consistently wowed by the contemporary interiors and ample social space (many hours spent in the pool away from the heat of the day). The bedrooms were generous and gave our small group time space away while the big central atrium was a brilliant way to call out to each other for a morning coffee. An Mỹ is only a short ride away from the centre of Hội An and offers a slower pace than the busy historic centre. There are great coffee places within a 2 minute bike ride (we loved Coffee Xóm Chiêu). Cycling along the rice paddies during the sunset was like being in a film; kites flying, water buffalo strolling the fields, and farmers bundling dried rice. We can’t wait to be back!

A great place to host multiple people - with private spaces for all. Each bedroom & ensuite was lovely & private (with the option to enjoy the common spaces). Tung and the team provided great local recommendations and were available to assist throughout our entire stay. thank you - would recommend.

Amazing place to stay if you want to have good sing on the karaoke late into the night as it’s quite a distance from other buildings which makes it a great place to stay as it’s also situated extremely close to all the places to explore in hỏi an. Highly recommend and very reasonably priced for such a great villa.

Villa Hyatt 3 bedrooms in Da Nang is spacious, luxurious, has a private pool and direct access to the beach, suitable for families or groups of friends. Professional service, full amenities, but prices are quite high during peak season. It's very cheap compared to the value. Highly recommend . 100%

Huynh and his Mum are the perfect hosts. So kind and welcoming. The house is clean and perfectly located. 10 minute walk to the bustling town but quiet enough if you want to get away from it all. A 5 minute walk to Hoi A Memories. The welcome basket was so appreciated and the laundry service next door is ideal. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely time in the studio in the Wyndham, it's a lovely place to stay with kids for 2 weeks. Nice pools, grass/beach area and easy to enjoy. The host provided us with solutions and answers when needed.

Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

I loved my stay at this property. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, including a washing machine, which was very convenient. Thu was incredibly helpful and responded quickly when I accidentally left without my room key. The resort itself has excellent swimming pools and plenty of spots to relax in the sun right by the beach. A wonderful experience overall!

We enjoyed our two week stay in Táu's apartment. The apartment itself is spacious and you feel right at home. We especially liked the location overlooking the sea, many restaurants and coffees. Táu is a great hostess where you can tell she wants to make sure her guests feel comfortable at all times. I can highly recommend the apartment!

Really nice and good place to stay. The host was super sweet and helpful - helped, among other things, to book transfer and rent a scooter.

we stayed for 3 weeks at the property. we are a family of 6 ,2 adults and 4 kids ages 2 to 8. every thing was clean, the kitchen was well dressed,there is washing+dryer machine. the resort is Near to the beach (private beach of the resort), wonderful pool. a bit far from the center but if you have a scooter so its not an issue. around 10-15 min on grab. we enjoyed our stay especially the quick response for everything! thanks.

An Exceptional Stay at Linh's Place! I absolutely loved my stay at Linh's place! In fact, it was so perfect for my trip that it convinced me to extend my time in Da Nang and skip moving on to Nha Trang. The location is fantastic. It's just a short walk to the beach, and there are countless restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. You'll also find mini-marts conveniently located on every corner. The apartment itself is incredibly well-equipped, with everything from utensils to a washing machine. If I ever needed anything extra, like a clothes iron, Linh and Trinh were just a message away and incredibly helpful. They are truly kind people! I know exactly who to contact for my next visit to Da Nang.

good place to stay. if you're looking quiet place, this is the best option. I've got cheaper motorcycle rent from them compared to my friend get outside. The host is amazing.

Absolutely amazing place ! The owners are just like your own parents. they took care of me all the time, told me everything and showed me everything and helped me all the time. I came for a few days and decided to extend my stay. It is a very beautiful house, overlooking the river on both sides. It is quiet, peaceful and very clean . it is only 10 minutes bike ride to the old town . I enjoyed my stay there and didn't want to leave . I recommend to anyone who likes peace and quiet , away from the noise . With all warmth and love to these hosts . ( they do not speak English but all questions are very quickly solved through a translator) . ☀️☀️☀️

Perfect place to stay !! I 100% recommend to book this room for your trip in Hoi An. It is situated in a beautiful neighborhood in front of the river. You can rent bikes or motorbikes to go to Hoi An old town. The owners are so kind and they offer perfect services as laundry and breakfast for a good price. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed one month here and absolutely in love with the island, our room and the couple who takes care about the Homestay. The view and surroundings are wonderful. We spent time drinking tea in the rooftop, cooking in the kitchen or just under AC in our room. It’s just 10 minutes by motorbike to old town or night market. And coming back to this view is 100% worthy. Wifi is fast and stable. There are fridge and the kettle in the room. Kitchen is shared with the couple, we had no problems to cook and feel as home. This room is big, with big shower, hot water. It’s has 2 balconies. One of them facing the big river and the road, so It’s a bit noisy, not heavy, but you might hear the moto traffic. If it’s matter, just take another room with 1 balcony and very beautiful view to the small river & rice fields. The couple who takes care of the hotel uses English translator to communicate, so it’s easy. They are awesome people! The place is cozy and peaceful. Love it with all my heart!

The Gio Chieu Homestay has a beautiful view of a river. Every morning during my stay I opened the balcony to watch the fishermen. It was calm and exudes serenity. The bedroom and comfort room was so spacious. They have massage chair and cold water available. I even had stayed in the pool area to lounge and check my emails. The WiFi is strong. It was a 10 minute ride to the Old Town. The only thing that was innevitable is the noise coming from the steel bridge connecting the road of the homestay to the road across the river. I strongly recommend this as I do not prefer crowded areas. Yes, you need to pay for Grab car or motorcycle to go around Hoi An. But this place gives you an immersion to how the Vietnamese people does their everyday life. The neighbor delivers flower every morning, people ride boats to transport their catch for the day. I would not forget also to mention the owners are so hospitable that even if they are not fluent in English they make sure you are well attended.

Huy's apartment is a wonderful and great value place to stay if you are looking for somewhere peaceful but still with easy access to Hoi An. The apartment was lovely with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and excellent WiFi making it very suitable for working online. There is a pool and great food on offer from the wonderful, caring couple who run the place and it feels very homely. I would definitely recommend staying here :)
