La maison offre une pièce principale avec large cuisine, une chambre pour 2, une mezzanine douillette avec 2 lits simples. Nous sommes vignerons en biodynamie. Charming little village house located in the historic center of Vias, 2 km from the sea and 1.5 km from the Canal du Midi, comprising on the ground floor, living room + open kitchen. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with bathroom and toilet. SMALL DETAIL: As indicated above, it is a village house which is what makes it charming and therefore, no parking space right in front! On the other hand, there are many opportunities to park nearby as there are free parking lots.

The Caroux Cocoon

Small cozy nest freshly renovated at the foot of the Caroux, in the hamlet of La Coste on the heights of Mons la Trivalle. Access to a cellar for your bikes. Ideally located for hikers or for a quiet stay. The Gorges d'Héric are accessible within a 15-minute walk by a mountainside trail. No pets are allowed, the accommodation remains modest in size and with parquet flooring. Bed linen (190 x 140) and bath towels can be provided upon request.

The private swimming pool of 12 x 6 m which is located at the end of the garden. Around the pool is our cozy living room in a 80 sqm covered pool house. You have a gas BBQ at your disposal. You should know that there are various animals on the property, cats, chickens and donkeys.

The house is 40 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor: 1 single room with equipped kitchen area, living room, fireplace, with a sofa bed for 2 people, and dining room. Upstairs we have a 140 bed, a bathroom + toilet. Very pretty wine village where you can take lovely walks and enjoy gourmet meals. Sea 45 minutes away and rivers / ponds nearby.
