The house is in an ideal geographical context because it is close to the city center and at the same time in a very quiet place surrounded by greenery on the first hill of Aosta. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the price includes all expenses including final cleaning. My cozy and quiet accommodation is close to Roncas Square and Cathedral Square, in the historic center of Aosta, full of restaurants, bars and shops. The central location of the house allows you to walk to all the main tourist attractions of the city. It has private parking. About 10 minutes away are the Railway Station, the bus terminal and the departure of the cable car to Pila. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Ideal for summer and winter vacations, including hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, climbing, and trekking. A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.

Beautiful and large house on two floors, in the historic center, leaning against the Roman walls. On the ground floor, on a courtyard, there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor a living room with fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom/laundry. A large terrace with pergola overlooks the mountains and bell towers. Very quiet, great charm.
