Ett fint, rent och välutrustat hus med allt du behöver. Helt fantastisk utsikt från balkongen och poolen. Bil är i stort sett ett måste för att ta sig till stränder, restauranger och matbutiker. Kommunikationen funkade väldigt bra både med Giulia och den lokala Fastighetsförvaltaren Francesco som var väldigt snabb hjälpsam och kom med bra tips på stränder och restauranger som vi uppskattade mycket. Vi hade en fantastisk vecka med många underbara minnen! 🌟🤩

We had an amazing time at this beautiful Airbnb! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, and the view from the place is stunning. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home. Both bathrooms were modern, spotless, and super comfortable. The bedrooms were cozy and each had air conditioning, which was a huge plus. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended—we would definitely come back!

Alloggio stupendo vicino alla bellissima spiaggia di Sant’Andrea, a pochissimi minuti da tutte le spiagge più belle della zona(poetto, capitana, cala regina, Mari Pintau, e non lontano da Villasimius e Solanas. host e co-host reattivi e a disposizione sempre, hanno risolto ogni problematica e soddisfatto ogni richiesta…spero di ritornarci l’anno prossimo

Wir hatten das Haus von Simone für ein langes Wochenende mit 5 Erwachsenen gemietet und fühlten uns direkt wohl und willkommen. Die Übergabe bei An- und Abreise verlief problemlos. Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr sauber, nett eingerichtet, schön und ruhig gelegen und wurde umfassend renoviert. Die Anfahrt zum Haus führt auf den letzten 100m über eine holprige Schotterstraße. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Insgesamt sehr angenehm und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

If you like art and special ceramics, you should not miss this house. From the main entrance, you can tell it’s a lovely place. Lots of arts decorating on the walls, and some ceramics I believed which made by the owner. kitchen has everything you need, also Edoardo prepared foods and drinks for us, he is very nice host. I also enjoy reading and using the hammock and sun bed in the garden. I like most is this house is very personal, I had great time there. I will highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und super modern. Die Vermieter sind immer erreichbar und reagieren unmittelbar. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen mit dem Auto. Der Stadteil an sich ist nicht besonders attraktiv. Es war schade, dass die Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert hat. Wir hätten gerne einmal Strandtücher oder Kleider gewaschen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This was our first international trip with our baby and Claudios place was a great place to stay. Very quiet, walking distance to a supermarket and many great restaurants. The beach is a long walk or short drive away.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Schöner Strand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Andere Strände, Supermärkte, Innenstadt und Restaurants in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Es gab sogar Liegen und Schirme für den Strand im Haus.

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Eine wunderschöne Villa, super sympathische Gastgeberin, absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre, top Ausstattung der Küche, super schön designt, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Lage innerhalb einer sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus Siedlung, 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, traumhafter Strand, eigener Parkplatz vorm Haus (2 Autos), gute Lage zwischen Cagliari und Villasimius,

Gloria a été très accueillante. La vue est formidable. La plage est accessible à pied. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. La piscine et le jardin sont entretenus deux fois par semaine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

What I’ll remember most about Luca’s house is how beautiful it was! The decor, furnishings and garden/yard were modern and well-kept. The house was extremely well equipped for cooking and also with beach gear. We loved the large outdoor dining table, and the outdoor showers too! We had 2 small children and the extremely private yard was large and lush with soft grass and many flowers! Perfect for playing! Now let’s talk about the beach. Very slow and private. The water is PRISTINE and clear blue! The kids collected sea glass every day. Luca provides beach towels, beach umbrellas and 3 different types of beach chairs/loungers (and multiples of each!) Luca was fast replying to messages and helping with check in/out. He even met us there late at night after our flight and showed us around. 100% recommend!!!

What a beautiful home! Absolutely charming inside with all amenities you could hope for. The gardens and pool were wonderful and my 3 girls loved taking their breakfast up to the roof terrace. But without doubt the location is beyond stunning. A short stroll to a beautiful beach perfect for swimming and Snorkeling. The town is a 7 minute drive away, with shops and restaurants. Truly we could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Nicolette was very kind, waiting for our very late arrival, greeting us with snacks and water and sending a comprehensive list of things to do in the area. We can't wait to come back! x

Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Aussicht zum Meer ist phänomenal, gute Restaurants mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und Mario hielt ständig Kontakt, indem er uns tolle Tipps für Rahmenprogramm lieferte

Ein sehr grosses tolles Haus mit viel Platz. Das allerbeste war der wunderbar grosse Pool. Die Zimmer sind gross und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Federico war stets gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check in verlief sehr einfach und angenehm und sogar in deutscher Sprache. Der Check out war sehr flexibel, da nach uns niemand ins Haus kam,konnten wir sogar noch ein paar Stunden länger im Haus bleiben. In der Umgebung gibt es viele sehr schöne Strände und gute Restaurants. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir werden wieder kommen.

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön. Es ist bestens ausgestattet und es besitzt eine Klimaanlage. Flexible Fliegengitter an fast allen Türen und Fenstern. Elektrische Dachfenster mit Außenrollo. Alles in allem eine ruhige Lage. Ein sehr schöner Pool und tolle Liegen, wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Pool, was sofort geklärt wurde. Der Kontakt vor Ort war wirklich top und auch der Besitzer war sehr korrekt und freundlich. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, so dass man wirklich immer das Auto benötigt. Das einzige was ein wenig schwierig ist, ist die ganze Müllentsorgung. Denn erstens die Mülltrennung und Abholung ist eine Umstellung, aber das Haus Müllfrei zu verlassen ist eine Herausforderung. Wenn der Besitzer uns nicht dieses Problem abgenommen hätte, es wäre für uns nicht lösbar gewesen. Vielen Dank dafür. 🙏 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall irgendwann wieder.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto bella alla Casa da Maurizio! L'alloggio è davvero fantastico e molto ben tenuto. Era sempre pronto ad aiutarci con qualsiasi domanda e aveva ottimi consigli per la zona circostante! La comunicazione è stata sempre veloce e molto cordiale. Ci piacerebbe tornare!

Abbiamo trascorso qui 15 giorni di vacanza a agosto. Eravamo 3 coppie di amici in vacanza senza figlie. La casa è proprio come nelle foto. Molto accogliente. Risolto un piccolo doppio problemino in fase di check in (con gli asciumani in dotazione a ogni ospite), tutto è filato liscio e alla perfezione. Posizione meravigliosa con vista mare e comodissimo accesso diretto alle stupende calette di Porto Sa Ruxi. Sfruttatissima la doccia esterna in giardino vista mare! Sicuramente una casa e una location da consigliare! L’host si è rilevato preciso e puntuale e sempre pronto

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette superbe maison. Le logement est magnifique (fidèle aux photos), propre, très fonctionnel. Il est parfaitement équipé. L’extérieur est très beau, très bien entretenu. Et la piscine… superbe (et chauffée !). Stefano est très sympathique et très réactif, il répond immédiatement à la moindre question et se soucie sincèrement du bien être de ses locataires. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ;-) Merci encore et à très bientôt

Great location! We really enjoyed terrace outside the house. It was to cold for swimming in the pool but it looks tidy :) Place was pretty clean and well organized :)
