Our cosy self-contained studio is warm, clean and homely. Ideal for a solo traveller or couples. The Studio is only an 8 minute drive from Picton and the ferry (approx. 4kms), the cafes, restaurants, bars, aquarium, museum and the gateway to the Queen Charlotte Sounds. Enjoy the many walks, bike tracks and choice of boat cruises on offer from the Picton foreshore, or simply use our place as a convenient ferry stopover. Blenheim is only a 35 min drive if you want to explore further afield.

Soak up the sun at the local beaches or enjoy access to the Marlborough Sounds from the many tourist operators from the quay or simply enjoy the great walking and biking tracks nearby.

Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Tastefully decorated apartment with wifi and Nespresso coffee machine ( with capsules) , Microwave, Ninja Air Fryer Pro Xl (roast, bake, reheat and dehydrate) tea and coffee, and a BBQ. The BBQ is located in a covered area at the entrance to the apartment. It has 2 hotplates and a burner on which a pot or frying pan can be used. All pots and cooking utensils are provided. With native bush and birdsong all around, accompanied by the soothing noise of the river below, this is a tranquil spot, perfect for getting away from it all. Whether you are an ‘active relaxer’ or prefer to lie in the sun with a good book, this is the place for you.

Waterfront Studio located a short distance from Picton. Road access. Our studio is located on the bottom story of the two storied building. It is well appointed with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom and plenty of room to sit and enjoy both indoors and outdoors. Tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge and microwave. Kayaks available. Mooring immediately in front of property.

Absolute Waterfront Picton Waikawa Bay

Sleep beside the sea in this “can’t get any closer to the water” guest suite. Queen bed plus occasional seating. There are no cooking facilities - tea and coffee included. . The views are sensational of Waikawa Bay .Enjoy the large deck and outside table - great spot for a sunset bevy and taking a swim from. Totally pet friendly. Use of a double kayak and life jackets available to guests.
