Holiday rentals with beach access in Queens

Jeannette was there to greet us and made sure we knew where everything was and that we had everything we needed. She even provided breakfast. Her place was immaculate. The location was amazing. She made our departure very easy. We are looking forward to staying there again. If you looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

Doyen is the best host I’ve had in recent trips. He was very attentive, and most importantly, he was there for us all the time.

This listing was everything advertised and more. The location, various amenities, cleanliness, safety, location, host responsiveness and attentiveness were top notch! Our host made sure that communication was a top priority every step of the way. The host went above and beyond to provide a truly unique and memorable experience for me and my family. I am forever grateful and look forward to returning soon.

It was really clean and very private, we felt right at home. There was tv, towels, shampoo and conditioner included. The host was very nice and helpful.

Had a lovely and relaxing stay over Memorial Day weekend. Easy communication with host and place just as advertised. Would book again.

Lovely Airbnb - one of the best we’ve stayed in. Great location — so close to beautiful Long Beach and its amazing boardwalk. Spotlessly clean with a spacious and light-filled kitchen/living area. Thoughtfully decorated. We didn’t use the deck but it would be a lovely place to sit and have breakfast or a cocktail. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants and bars, but the apartment was very quiet overnight (I think Long Beach has a noise ordinance that prohibits loud noise after 10 pm) I highly recommend Steven’s place. Would return without hesitation.

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for our needs, and I really appreciated being able to park our rental car in the driveway—so convenient. Will and Kim were excellent hosts—very easy to communicate with and responsive. The house was clean, comfortable, and just right for us. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Edwin's place was great , probably one of the only properties with nothing across the street, giving access to full view of the ocean.

Every room was even better than expected: • The infrared sauna in the modern bathroom felt like a luxury spa experience. • The kitchen was sleek, bright, and fully equipped, perfect for quick meals or longer stays. • The bedroom, bathed in soft blue ambient lighting, created the most relaxing sleep environment I’ve had in a while. • The living area was stylish, cozy, and equipped with a large flatscreen TV—ideal for winding down. Anthony was an outstanding host—warm, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. Whether you’re traveling for work, wellness, or a quiet getaway, this space delivers on all fronts. I’ll absolutely be back.

As business professionals visiting the area for a nearby charity golf outing, this was our second stay at this beautiful home—and it was just as pristine as last year. The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail inside are exceptional, and the waterfront deck offers stunning views that make for a truly relaxing experience. Beautiful layout and views: The living room extends to an expansive harbor view as we opened the door. When we turn around the lofty A frame transitions into the bedroom connected by a wooden spiral stair. Interior appliances are good and functional. Plenty of Pillows and blankets to get cozy. The Weber Grill is great to use. We used public transport and Uber and it was pretty easy to get around - 15 mins to nearby scenes and restaurants.

Truly one of a kind property. Relaxing, calm, extremely responsive and helpful host. If you are looking to get out of the city or just need some time away to think, look no further. 10/10.

The Captain’s Cottage was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. We walked (with umbrellas) to the quaint shops and restaurants and along the harbor. It was a perfect location to breathe some sea air, and just a short drive to the Long Island Railroad for time in the city. We just had the best time and Kim was a wonderful and accessible host!

Bruce and his wife are wonderful people. The space was very clean, cozy and located right near the beach. I highly recommend staying here

I didn’t expect much from this apartment, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was healing from an injury, and the quiet setting was just what I needed. The little red room was charming, the bathroom very clean, and the location—on a tranquil block just steps from the beach—was relaxing and convenient. The other guests were warm and accommodating, and the kindness of the locals truly melted my heart! I had a lovely stay and was very productive.

Nick’s place is the jackpot! My stay was comfortable and peaceful - two of my most important requirements in an airbnb. I had everything I needed, and Nick checked in to make sure my stay was going smoothly. He was also readily available for any questions I had. I loved the ease of attending my workshop at Pioneer Works. While my colleagues were taking Ubers in from other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan, I had a mere 4 block walk. And the Red Hook neighborhood is a slice of life. I had everything I needed within a few blocks - restaurants, bars,bodegas and a few nice shops. This was an absolutely delightful place to stay, and I look forward to coming back and hopefully staying longer next time.

We had a wonderful stay! Our unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Sherri was super accommodating of our family and very responsive.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

The spacious condo was spotless and bright with high ceilings. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host was fast, they were very accommodating. The unit was very quiet and comfortable, easy to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. I hope this will be available next time I’m in the area!
