Private suite with river views

We offer a cosy private suite in a rural location with an ensuite and beautiful views. We live onsite with our dog & children. The suite has a bathroom with a bath, breakfast station with a table, toaster, jug and microwave (no kitchen). There's access to shared lawn however no access to the main house. Local shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive, there is no public transport close by. Downtown Queenstown is a 15 minute drive. We are usually pretty quiet and are often out and about.

Please note it's a shared drive way, and the spa is on the drive way we absolutely respect every guests privacy. please note this is more of a 2-3 night stay as it is quiet small & cosy! if you need us to look after luggage for the day give me a message. not suited for infants or 3 people

The place is about 8mins to 10 mins drive to airport and Remarkables Park Town Centre and Five Mile. Queenstown town centre is about 20mins to drive. There is a bus station and Farmerhouse Cafe just right done the corner about 5 to 6mins to walk down .
