The property is a rustic coziness in the middle of nature, but very close to the gastronomic hub of Maringa (we went on foot with a 10-minute walk). The highlight was the hospitality of Dona Carminha, a lovely person, we felt at home. Everything is extremely clean and organized, as shown in the photos.

Very good place and super cozy. Surroundings with breathtaking landscapes. About the house: same as the listing, with a very well-equipped kitchen, linens, towels, blankets all very clean and fragrant that withstand the cold well and the whole house well maintained. The only problem is the road, which is dirt and a bit complicated for inexperienced drivers, but nothing that prevents you from getting there if you are slow and cautious. Mrs. Nadir, who welcomed us, was very friendly, receptive and helpful.

An amazing view. The house is very comfortable. A find at Airbnb. Perfect place for dating and relaxing. The caretaker is not on the property, but whatever you need, he comes quickly. One very thoughtful person. Everything works perfectly. The internet is very good. We'll be back soon again.

The experience was excellent! The house is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The host, Douglas, was super attentive and left firewood for us to make a fire at night, a detail that made all the difference. The common areas are very pleasant, and the bathrooms were impeccably clean and fragrant. I highly recommend it!

We had the pleasure of spending wonderful days at the São João da Colina Site, a simply magnificent place! The atmosphere is extremely clean, cozy and quiet, with a lush view that enchanted us every moment. The service of Isaias and Dani was exceptional, both are super attentive and hospitable, making our stay even more special. O Senhor João e Dona Gonçalina are people of good soul, who welcomed us with great affection. Wake up in this paradise, with the singing of birds and the mugging of the cow, it was like hearing a stunning symphony! The access road is easy to reach, which makes it even easier to visit. Without a doubt, it was one of the best experiences we have ever experienced. We recommend with your eyes closed to all who seek a haven of peace and natural beauty! Exceeds expectations, a very blessed place of much peace, tranquility and exuberant nature, wonderful we were always there nor wanted to go out for anything , recharged and returned with very positive energies. Everything was very nice! Great for relaxing and listening to the sound of the waterfall that is 50 meters away! The kitchen is well stocked, nothing is missing. The house has a homey touch that makes you feel at home! We were greeted by a very cute little calf! We already want to go back!

This site is spotless! Have been great days with my family in the “Serra” and I plan to return soon! It is a place with a lot of privacy, breathtaking view, possibility of numerous activities, and a river of crystal clear water passing through the property…it really is a wonderful place!! In addition, it has amazing homemakers (longing for the cakes of Eliane!) and always very helpful owner.

Incredible City, historic and functional house, peace and quiet are easily found. Cordeal and dedicated hosts. Vale can do this charming tour. The structure of the house counts as a high point of the place. I recommend it.

We were extremely pleased and happy with the accommodation. What a wonderful place,everything very clean and organized, there was nothing missing, very large rooms, clean and comfortable beds, huge and very well-equipped kitchen, wonderful pool with bathrooms beside as well, tables and chairs with sunscreen,hammocks, kiosk with options of two barbecues . place of peace,quiet,for those who want to relax and hang up . Excellent wifi for those who work from home is a hand on the wheel. Sure will be back,our Sons loved and so will we. Super-home hosts and homeowners.

Great house, a quiet place for those looking for tranquility, the house is well equipped, easy to cook, all very clean and cozy! It was my second time, so it's because it was good at first! Larissa, the hostess is a dear, attentive, responds super fast and her father who was there to clean the pool is very careful and proactive. My guests loved the stay! Gratitude!

Simply SENSATIONAL!!! The place is a PARADISE, with beauty and charm that surpass (by far) even the expectation brought by the photos. The chalet is simply on the riverbank, which makes the view and the ambient sound incredible. The river, the waterfall and the gazebo...everything is literally within the property and totally accessible. As if all that wasn't enough, the service provided by Tom, Fatima and their family is incredible. The dinner served on Saturday night, in celebration of Valentine's Day, was much more than the "icing on the cake". Anyway, we'll definitely be back soon and several times.

The stay was wonderful!! We left with the certainty that we will return! We went with our dog, and although there was no fence around the cottage, a long leash solved the problem of letting her "free" in the space. The cottage is super cozy, you really feel at home. Large kitchen, good for cooking, with plenty of utensils. The fireplace in the living room made our nights even more enjoyable. And the bed is really WONDERFUL! Tom and Fatima were super helpful, they respond quickly and helped us with everything we needed. I was really amazed by the place. If you want to disconnect a little from the hustle and bustle and spend a few days in nature, you can book without fear!

Our stay was great. The house is well-equipped, comfortable and easily located. The land has a huge lawn, good for kids to run around. All very clean and organized. Tom and Fatima are excellent hosts, very attentive.

Chalé with new facilities, and a well-kept outdoor area. My scores are to leave the perfect stay, we really like the days we spend on the property, we intend to return and it will be more than excellent if the points below are considered. We missed microwaves because we had two babies, we resolved by heating in a water bath. We indicate more fans to Ricardo, as one of the available fans is very weak and if one part of the group is in one room and another in the dining area with the rooms occupied, someone is in the heat. It happened to us because the children took a nap and at this time the rooms were busy and we could not use the home office and other place without passing heat and dealing with the mosquitoes.

The home of Patrícia has everything we need to spend the weekend in comfort and peace. The location on a farm is safe, quiet and very comfortable. The house is decorated with very good taste! The rooms are large as are the bathrooms. The kitchen has enough crockery and utilities to serve a large group. Patrícia is very delicate, attentive, helpful and careful with the details. We intend to go back to do other trails in the Reservation as soon as they are open.

My stay with my family was without a doubt one of the best we have experienced of all our trips . The house in the midst of nature, clean air, quiet, together with the impeccable accommodation of the house that is wonderful provided days of rest and charm for the place with very green and beautiful waterfalls, it was very worth it, Patricia very attentive and requests whenever we need it, we will surely return !
