Both apartments have 1 sauna with sunbathing area and a wood-burning stove in the living area. Outside: two covered terraces and garden, which is directly on the water, with no way to the water, therefore only partially suitable for infants. This simple and cozy cottage is full of basic comforts and is centrally located on a beautiful nature campsite in the nature reserve Het Lutterzand. During the camping season, you are welcome to use all the facilities of the campsite. For children, there are fun activities, go-karts and bicycles. From the cottage you cycle/walk directly into nature. It is a beautiful base from which to discover the Twente landscape. Next to the property is a restaurant with a miniature golf course.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. The location of the house allows extensive bike / boat and shopping tours. The bicycles brought with you can be parked in the bicycle shed and also loaded. For rainy weather, a bath in the whirlpool or a sauna session is recommended. In the relative vicinity there are good shopping facilities which can be processed in the fully equipped kitchen.

The cottage is surrounded by other houses in the back of the vacation rental settlement, so peace is guaranteed. The equipment is upscale with some amenities such as sauna, bathtub and enough space to retreat. The garden is large, invites you to linger and with the existing grill nothing stands in the way of a BBQ. The surroundings can be explored by bike or on foot. There is a large pond in the garden.
