Apartment holiday rentals in Quepos

Excellent place to stay in Quepos, close to everything, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

All I can say is wow! This property is picture perfect. Beautiful views in the morning and evening. So much wildlife around the building. Location is perfect, perched at the top of Manuel Antonio, walking distance to most of the best restaurants in the area. The condo itself was very cute and comfortable. Large windows, updated kitchen and bathroom, and air conditioning right over the bed. Parking can be scarce once the restaurant next door fills up, but was never an issue. Music from YOLO can be heard at night but they always stop around 9-10 PM so no problem. 5 minutes to Quepos, and 5 minutes to Manuel Antonio beach, the location was just perfect.

Amazing location with so many good restaurants within walking distance. We saw a sloth with her baby on 4 of the 7 days we stayed, 2 types of monkeys daily and macaws from the balcony. It’s such an amazing feature. It is noisy as it’s on the main road but easily sorted with earplugs (pharmacy 2 minute walk away) and it wouldn’t put me off booking again. Great to have the pool. Only thing I would say is that if you don’t like insects etc this might not be the place for you. We had a visit from a scorpion in bed one night!

This was a great stay, perfectly located between Manuel Antonio and Quepos, which made getting around super convenient! The two-bedroom apartment is cozy, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped with plenty of thoughtful amenities. Ideal for a relaxing getaway close to beaches, restaurants, and nature. The host was very attentive and helpful with plenty of recommendations. Highly recommend!

Is cosy and really pretty!!

This place immediately took my breath away upon arrival. I'm convinced the views are the very best in Manuel Antonio. You will not be disappointed staying here. Highly recommend.

Very clean but basic apartment. Well located between Quepos and Manuel Antonio, several restaurants accessible by car. The environment is ugly and quite noisy, but the apartment is new and very clean.

The place is super comfortable and in an area super close to everything, we drive all the time on foot by the proximity. It has a well equipped kitchen and a balcony with a pool and rope to wash clothes, although it clarifies that it does not have air conditioning in our case they touched us on a few very hot days and it was not easy for us to fall asleep, but otherwise it complies with everything promised! 100% recommended

This place is very clean, the air conditioning works well and bugs were not a problem. It is a condo but we felt like we were the only ones there. The kids loved the swimming pool and it was less than 30 minutes to Manuel Antonio Park. We also hiked the Rainmaker (which my family loved) and that was also less than 30 minutes away. There are two grocery stores within five minutes. Great place to stay in Quepos. We loved going in to Manuel Antonio but then escaping the crowds when we went back to the condo.

Amazing stay! The beach views were stunning. The place felt super private and safe. Security placed at the entrance to the community and another at the entrance to the beach. Omar replied quickly to our questions with clear, helpful info. Shops and restaurants were just a short drive away. Would definitely stay there again!

Such an amazing place to stay!

We stayed for 12 nights and very glad we did as we had several unique experiences in seeing and interacting with monkeys right outside the door, near the private balcony, in a rain forest style setting. If you are visiting Costa Rica to experience Costa Rica nature, this is a great choice! Comfortable bed, spacious hot water shower, a very clean studio where the AC can keep the unit nice and cool while at home relaxing. A budget friendly, confortable, cozy stay. Excellent communication with property manager.

We had a very nice stay. The house and especially the garden offered us a lot of space to relax after our day activities. There were a lot of animals near the house too. We saw Tucanes, Monkeys, different insects and a lot of birds.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had a car and found the place to be very conveniently located - minutes to everything Manuel Antonio and Quepos have to offer. Karen is a friendly and helpful host. The place is one of two apartments in her home that have separate entrances and share a porch. The surroundings are peaceful - on a small street with other vacation homes. The place is clean, well-equipped, and tastefully/artfully decorated.

The quiet place, the apartment is very comfortable, we loved the pool with the view, there is a different pool for the different condominiums in that place that is super good for children and has sand. I would stay in the apartment again and the place is excellent, the service is very clear and precise with the instructions for everything. We went to one of Wanda's recommendations for a restaurant with a beautiful view. Good service!

This place was even better than the photos. Very central to everything in Jaco and while there is good coffee and food all over town there is a great coffee shop right on the ground level. The unit has everything you need if you want to eat every meal at home. Parking is super easy and the security staff are always kind and helpful. The pool is great and the beach is right almost on property. Could not have been happier. The responsiveness of Stan and Philip is immediate and they are available to chat if you have questions. 6 out of 5 stars.

Thomas place was a pleasure to stay at! We were close to everything, we had something different to do everyday! When we had questions Thomas was always responsive as well. Place looks just like photos, no complaints!

loved our stay! Hoping to come back

My husband, three-teenaged kids, and I had an amazing stay here! The condo is a great location close to the main strip for restaurants, shopping, groceries. The resort is well kept and the pool is top tier. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The condo has washer/dryer and A/C which was necessary for our family of five. Communication with host was easy. We had an issue with water leaking from master BR’s A/C unit and Phil immediately had the issue rectified. We rented a car and drove from SJO airport, and we are so glad we did! Getting around is easier with the Waze app. It took us about 2 hours to get from SJO to condo due to afternoon traffic and about 1 hour and 15 minutes for return to airport in the early morning with less traffic. We give our stay at Anik and Phil’s a strong five star!!

This Airbnb location was perfect! It was private but close to the beach and other attractions, such as national parks. It was clean, cozy and had everything you would need. The jacuzzi was an added bonus that is just what you need after a day full of adventure. I would highly recommend staying at this location if you are visiting Costa Rica!
