Easy to find property, car recommended but not necessary. 10 minute walk of 2 of the best beaches in Manuel Antonio, Playa Biesanz and Playitas. Perfect for 2 couples, fully equipped large kitchen, large living room. On 2 levels with plenty of private spaces for relaxing. 5 minute drive to the public beach. Air conditioning is not needed,cool ocean breezes are very refreshing. Must climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the house.

Right now we also have a construction discount as well. We are usually 100 percent booked at 495, but they are building next door so we are offering huge discounts! They usually only work sometimes from 8-5 Monday through Friday, which is usually when you will be at the beach or enjoying all the areas activities!

This is the place to be if you want to walk EVERYWHERE! Great ocean view, full AC, and a quiet very safe area. There are several restaurants (including Agua Azul and Emilio's) within 2 minutes walking, a supermarket, and the most famous coffee house too! A bus stop is 100 yards away if you wanted to Visit Manuel Antonio park (3 min ride to park, $1 bus passes every 20 minutes). Or you could walk in about 20 minutes and see tons of Monkeys, Sloths, Macaws and maybe a toucan!

Best Airbnb experience ever. Three troops of monkeys visiting us on the back deck each morning and each evening, 30+ sloths living and flourishing freely on the resort, pools, restaurants, market, steps from the private beach, yet close to Manuel Antonio and Quepos. There is no question in my mind why Tulemar Resort has been rated the #1 resort in the world multiple times over the past few years. Our accommodations were amazing, and the location provides you with a jungle experience with immediate beach access. Fabian, our concierge, was helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive before and throughout our stay. You simply will not find a better place to stay.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of spectacular. It's perfectly situated right on a stunning beach, with incredible amenities that made our experience even more enjoyable. A delicious breakfast is included each morning, and beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are readily available for guests. My husband and I especially loved relaxing on the spacious patio, taking in the breathtaking ocean views and lush surroundings. The location felt like a serene escape, yet it’s conveniently close to a wide variety of restaurants and just a short drive from Manuel Antonio National Park. We were even lucky enough to spot sloths, white-faced capuchins, and toucans right on the beach! The onsite staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This place was just like the pictures, an amazing view, spacious room and bathroom, with an outstanding view. We didn’t have a car when we stayed here and were able to walk to restaurants easily. Highly recommend staying here!!

This place was perfect for our family and we would definitely come back again! There is a shallow part of the pool that was perfect for our toddler, and we saw sloths, macaws, agoutis and all sorts of beautiful birds right outside while we were here. The little cafe across the street is awesome and they are extremely friendly so this was an added bonus to have a restaurant to walk to. This location is peaceful and centrally located between Manuel Antonio and quepos which made it easy to explore form here. Thanks for a great first visit to Manuel Antonio!

We had a wonderful stay at John's place! I was traveling with a group of 7 and it was the perfect fit for our stay. It felt extremely safe with the remote-control gate, multiple carbon-monoxide detectors, and the security-guard/property-keeper Martín, who always greeted us with a smile in the evenings and early mornings. The location was excellent, with more than a handful of restaurants a 5 to 15 min walk away, a fully stocked super market 2 min away and a very quick drive to the Manuel Antonio National Park. The kitchen was also excellent; we made dinner and cocktails a few nights and were able to enjoy them altogether on the lovely back porch (a great place to read and play cards during a rainy afternoon as well). Even though the property also shares a few other houses, the large plants and beautiful trees keeps the house very private. Our favorite part was the beautiful pool with 8 lounge chairs, pool noodles, and an excellent view of the coastline. Would highly recommend!!
