Guests must have transport to stay in Casoli, there is no public transport. The accomodation is a unique tower in this peacful, beautiful Tuscan village. If you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. The location is perfect for spring / summer walks or trips to the sea and more.

The Cottage is part of a property owned by the Bernocchi family, which was already on maps of the area in the 1500s and is located right on an ancient Roman road that crossed the Calvana Mountains. About 9 km from Prato and 20 km from Florence. The Cottage, open on three sides, is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by a private park, ideal for walking and sports. A real home fitted with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Large outdoor spaces, garden, and botanical garden.

The MOONLIT & SUNNY COTTAGE near Florence

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. Ninfe di Bosco Farmhouse

The 38 m2 cottage, free on four sides, is easily accessible with a ramp. It consists of a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchenette and a toilet with sanitary facilities that can also be used by people with reduced mobility. Upstairs there is the double room with a window from which to admire the landscape. On clear days, you can also see the Dome of Brunelleschi in Florence from the garden and the gazebo: ideal for an agricultural tasting of our products!

Just 500 meters from the center of the village in a low-traffic area (the only passing cars are those of residents), it offers the opportunity to stay in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery but a stone's throw from all services.
