The place was clean and spacious. all you need is provided. the location was safe and quiet. the host was responsive and the host even initiated the check in process. overall stay was excellent.

Very peaceful, clean, relaxing, beautiful hotel suite. All the small details are there and Great longanisa breakfast and other Filipino food downstairs. Husband and wife team amazing. Would stay again if in lucena city

It's so hard to find a decent airbnb in Philippine provinces, so this place is a gem!! The host and caretakers were so kind. We also had a free breakfast included. Very happy overall considering the price as well. Will book again if we visit Lucena.

Everything as described. A bit of a language barrier but we figured it out. She will likely want you to pick up the key half a block away as she didn't live on site and also drop off the key in that same location but it's a 2 min walk so not a big deal. I guess there isn't an address added to the listing for that reason. Just start messaging her before the last minute unlike I did as that will save a bit of time and confusion.

Owner: nice and responsive. when we asked him to change ‘yung beddings kasi parang narumihan, mabilis din itong napalitan ng staff. Place: Expect a loud noise since tabi ng highway. Kung ano ang nasa photos posted, that’s also what you will see sa actual. Location: Super lapit sa Bus Station, Sm San Pablo, Jollibee, Grocery Store, 7/11, Chowking, Burger King, etc. WiFi: Good connection.

Lei's place was perfect for our family, including my senior parents. Its walking distance to the church, restaurants and tsinelas shopping. The place is new and very complete in amenities. We loved the super clean and nice smelling linen, pillows and towels.

Carla’s unit is stunning - looks even better than the photos. The place was spotless when we arrived and the entire place, including the cabinets smelled amazing. I didn’t realize how much a good smelling AirBnb could impact our stay but it def made us feel relaxed and at home. The caretaker was also very kind and helpful. Even brought us water the next day because we ran out of it. Only con about this unit: Seafront (the residential area where the unit is located within) is strict about swimming on the beach. If there’s a hint of danger, they’ll close it down. We stayed for 3 days and weren’t allowed to swim in the sea the entire stay. It was kind of frustrating because we stayed here for easy access to the beach 😅 This was NOT the host’s fault though, she was a great host in every aspect. We appreciated the free snacks and the honesty store too in the unit 🫶🏻

We had a fantastic stay! The house was truly unique, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. We appreciated the complete set of house tools and the easy access to transportation and the town center. The host was incredibly accommodating and kind, making our experience even better. The only minor issue was a temporary water interruption, but the host addressed it promptly and effectively. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I booked the place and it is very clean and easy to find. The host is kind and responsive. The place is cozy and with complete amenities. It is near Dinahican port so you can also find affordable seafoods.

Super nice po ng place especially if galing kayo sa Kamay ni Hesus at napagod perfect place to rest. what I also liked is that they have a safe space for parking at Pet-Friendly sila for my fur baby. ♥️

The place was better than expected. It is well equipped to accomodate our needs. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The area was very peaceful and quiet, but still easily accessible and close to the main road. A small suggestion, if its possible to have netflix or a small karaoke. Overall, we definitely recommend the place and will probably stay here again should we come back to eLBi.

A Hidden Gem by the Beach – Exceptional Hospitality! I had the absolute pleasure of being the very first guest at this newly listed Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier that I took the chance despite the lack of reviews. The host and her family were incredibly hospitable, making me feel right at home and even preparing meals for me. The place is clean, affordable, and just a minute’s walk from the beach. They set up a lovely spot on the shore with chairs and tables where I enjoyed my meals and relaxed. Free breakfast, unlimited coffee, and island hopping were great bonuses. For the price, the service and experience were outstanding. Highly recommended! If you're looking for pristine customer service, a peaceful beachfront setup, and warm, personal care from your hosts, look no further. I'm so glad I chose this place—it's a hidden gem and I'm sure it won’t stay a secret for long!

Clean and quiet, close to Mauban town. Clarice was very quick to respond, and her mother was on site to answer questions and assist.  Apartment was spotless and linen smelled nice however, apartment was listed as having kitchen facilities, but there were no appliances for cooking and no cutlery. Note that you have to bring your own towels. Would recommend for anyone interested in visiting Mauban, but would like to stay away from the busy town.

Living in Casa Amara for tne past 3 days and 2 nights was the best and peaceful vacation we ever had. Pricey? Could be, but we're more looking at it as it'svalue. Food is fantastic! Well thought of, the twists and fusion of flavors are amazing. Award winning Kansi is definitely a must try. All corners of the place are aesthetic! Knock yourselves out picture taking and doing reels! It's all worth it. Best customer service from parking attendant, to household crew up to the owners. Thank you Ma'am Gemma and Klaus for having us in your lovely Casa Amara. We will definitely come back.

Literally, 1 minute going to the beach. Accessible foods and drinks around the vicinity. But needing improvement on some of the amenities. Nonetheless, this is still worth-the-money type of stay. They are very much welcoming and serves what is needed. Salamat po. 😀

I had a great time here. Meals were awesome! Staff are very nice and helpful. Gemma was nice and always checked on us at every meal. I highly recommend this place, especially if you want peace and quiet. FYI parking is tight. 2 thumbs up!

Overall service was excellent! Sir Klaus was very helpful and understading in making reservation and rebooking for our stay because of Covid-19 protocols and we are glad that this is it finally! We stayed in a family front villa and the views and sound from the sea were splendid! We are glad that we got a family upgrade room. Thanks again Sir Klaus for that! Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the villa, the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service they haved provided. The food (breakfast, lunch & dinner) has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The 4 course meal dinner was superb! We will surely be back beacause of their meals too! The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. The owners are also approacheable, warmly greetings and they are pet lovers too. I’m just hoping that they can allow to bring our family pets too. A wonderful mini-vacation! Looking so forward to going back in Casa Amara.

Our stay was Awesome. The place was very private and peaceful exactly what we are looking for on a Mother’s day where every place in san juan was full packed. The view the pool and the bed was great. Super helpful and accommodating ang lahat ng staff. The hike going down and up from the beach was something, good for active people pero kung hindi ka fun ng walking hiking not for you ang beach pero I suggest take the experience kasi relaxing naman sya ang daming birds ka makikita at maririnig along the way. The food was also good. Sana lang my stirrer para sa coffee sa room. But it does not bother at all pwede naman humingi. All in all babalikan pwede sa maselan at highly recommended. I suggest bringing a car n ready for off road. My kapirasong malubak lang going to the place.

This is our second time staying here, and it never disappoints. The host is easy to communicate with, and the place is clean, looks exactly as advertised, and is very accessible to UPLB campus and restaurants. They even give free snacks. We will definitely stay here again when we return. :)
