The place was awesome. Good for its price and its for big family. We really had a great time. My family really enjoyed staying at this place. Kuya Pepito was very kind and he did provide all what we need. Ms. Marlie was so responsive and easy to talked to. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience at your place.

the house was really great, despite the very hot weather - all the aircons worked perfectly. Our dog was allowed inside the house which I really loved. My only issue is the common CR upstairs as it kind of smelled the entire time. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here. The beach is just a 2 minute walk away and the clubhouse with the restaurant is about a 3 minute walk. Perfect for those looking for peaceful and worry free stay.

Thank you for allowing us to use the resort for the second time. Jam, also allows us to adjust our check in time since we are all tired came from work. All of my leaders was so happy because of the place was so spacious, rooms are all clean and even Kuya Bambinwas so helpful. I will still recommend this resort to my colleagues. thank you Jam. 🙂

Great place for the family to just unwind and relax.

This house is exactly like to pictures. We had a fabulous time here. There is a beach across the street, but it’s not really for swimming; more for walking and checking out the tidal pools. The shining star of this property though is the caretaker Leilei who also lives on the property with her family. She was so incredibly welcoming and there for anything we needed (you will need her help to get food). She will cook for you, do laundry, clean, drive you, even give you a massage! The property has dogs and cats and horses and chicken and ducks pigs. It was such a wonderful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of a town. Keep in mind, from Manila you drive 4-5 hours, ferry 3 hours, then drive another hour to get to this house. It is a trek! But once youre there, Leilei takes great care of you :) In other notes, the wifi was excellent besides when the power went out which was I think twice. And you must keep the ac on otherwise your things will get moldy.

My third time to stay at this property. The property and especially the host never disappoints. Our go to place whenever we want to spend quiet time plus sand, sea in Laiya The best thing I like about this property is the beach club - - is neaby, a quick drive and its very private. When we went there, we were the only ones in the beach club, maybe because the beach is not open to the public unless endorsed by the property owner. What truly sets this property apart is the host's exceptional service. They are warm, responsive, and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. We also loved the discount promotions for returning guests, making our experience even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! As a pet owner, I truly appreciated the pet-friendly environment that made my furry companion feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond with their attentive and patient service—they even helped us set up a barbecue, which turned our evening into a delightful outdoor feast. The property is nestled in a stunning, tranquil setting that offers the perfect escape from the daily grind, and it’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We stayed here for one night as a group of 18 people, and the experience was truly great! The house was very clean, the pool water was well-maintained, and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and equipment. We were warmly welcomed by the two Ate's who assisted us throughout our stay. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and they made sure all our concerns were addressed. Their hospitality really made our stay more enjoyable. The property itself is spacious — we especially loved how close it is to the lake and how large the garden is. There’s also a basketball court, as well as areas for ping pong and billiards. Sulit na sulit talaga!

If you’re looking to unwind and reconnect with nature, this resort is the perfect escape. The views are absolutely stunning— the air is fresh, the ambiance is serene, and it’s the kind of place where you can finally breathe and slow down. A must-visit for nature lovers and anyone needing a true break from the city noise. Also, kuyas were really accommodating and literally one call away when we needed help or something to buy despite having to climb up and down 148 steps just to get to the main villa. Great job!

Ms. Katrina and her husband were very responsive with our queries. They even offered to rebook our stay for free because of the super typhoon. The care takers esp Ate Queen were accommodating, they were always around to help us and tried their best to grant our requests :) The place is large and can accommodate big groups. Will definitely recommend your place!

We stayed at the villa for one night with our family group of 35 people, and overall, it was truly worth it. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. It exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and ambiance. The rooms were clean and cozy, the amenities were complete, and the common areas were perfect for bonding and relaxation. One thing we noticed, however, was that the beach area had quite a bit of trash scattered around. It would be great if the management or local authorities could regularly clean the shoreline to match the beauty of the villa. Despite that, the view of the sea was still beautiful, especially during sunset. We really appreciated how the villa could comfortably accommodate a large group like ours. There were enough facilities and spaces for everyone to enjoy, whether for lounging, dining, or just hanging out. It’s definitely a great spot for reunions or group getaways. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we’ll comeback!

We had a great stay over the weekend with my family for my dad's birthday. The place is clean, peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The host was also very responsive to my queries and their caretaker was accommodating, making sure that we have everything we needed. The beach is nearby but we had to crossover to the other part of the residences which is just 5 mins away by car. Wish we could've stayed longer! Highly recommended this for anyone looking for a comfy and quiet getaway. :)

Arlene's place is awesome. The hot pool, huge lot area and clean place. Arlene is very kind and responsive also her sis in law Gigi. they are both kind and responsive. It's a place where you just want to relax and unwind and stay away from the busy streets of manila. The place is in a quiet subdivision. very peaceful yet the main road is just 5 to 10 mins away. we enjoyed our stay. the kids enjoyed the pool. Thanks Arlene and Ms Gigi. Definitely one of those places you will surely consider to stay again in the future.

Lovely stay! Home was close to the mall and equipped with everything from the swimming pool to the PS5 and games—perfect to keep the whole family entertained. Would love to visit again.

When we first stumbled upon this house on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Aireen is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The place is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.

The dogs are so welcoming and friendly too! The food is also delicious so that's why we'll be coming back again. We had a good Christmas Eve here; the event area with pool side is the best selling point for me. We’ve made a lot of fun activities which require a huge space. Resorts staff were very accommodating, the pool is clean with jacuzzi on the side. The rooms were clean, bedsheets and toilet were clean too. Will recommend this gem to my friends.

Overall a great property, more spacious than what I had expected. Very clean, even the outdoor dirty kitchen. The house was fully equipped like it’s your own home. Thank you to the host and the care takers!

The reviews are true. Sir Daryl and Sir Danny were truly amazing hosts. As soon as you step in at their property, you don’t have to worry about anything since all listed amenities were readily available. I also appreciate Sir Danny’s willingness to help when we forgot to bring rice, he gave us some from their stock. Truly, it’s the small things that count.
