Hannahs thatched cottage (pet friendly!) is one of the last remaining original thatched cottages in Inishowen. The cottage has recently and lovingly been restored to the highest standards. The Poets Rest is a lovingly restored 200 year old thatched cottage situated on the hillside overlooking Bredagh Glen and the seaside village of Moville. It offers all mid cons in a tasteful traditional setting. The cottage is situated within six miles of six stunning beaches and just a mile outside Moville with it's great selection of pubs and eateries and water sports. Cooley stables is situated two fields away, and in Inishowen there are six quality golf courses to choose from.

This home really need to be seen to be appreciated in its full entirety. The first thing that any visitors say is ‘that’s someview’, hence we named it SomeView. Awarded the Top 1% of homes award based on ratings, reviews and reliability. Up to four guests plus a baby can relax in a beautiful scenic area. Standing 600 feet above sea level with approximately 20 Donegal mountains in view. We are set in a quiet country road with easy 10 minute access to City of Derry airport and the city centre.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
